Q: How do get code for locks on the moneral so bomb don't go off after you go past the box cars?

A1: I believe there are 2 different box cars with the bombs on the door, the first on you can get around it by going under the boxcar through the steel grate where the cars connect, the second door with the bombs you have to interrogate the last of the 3 ninjas that attack you, and get the code from him.

Q: How do I jump from one floor to the next floor in the construction building. I knocked down the two chain link fence . I knocked down the third one and I cant get to it, I keep jumping and all I can do is jump far enough to grab the rope with the bucket. I hope this makes sence?

A1: You have to double jump from the second fence to the third. It can be done. I did the first time with no problem.
