Get Zebra with double long jump power and then take him to the rock beside the tree holding pineapple and then take a fast run from the edge of the rock and take single long jump once I crosses few distance in air take the other double long jump power, that will get you the pineapple

You can find all the coins by first getting 30 coins then go to the shop and buy the coin magnet then go back to the level and let it find coins for you it will only get you 96 you might need to searc for secret places to find the other four.Hope this helps !
