Ok i've put the key in the music box, turned it towards me, and I still didn't get any where! I turned the key until it wouldn't turn anymore and nothing happened! help! what should I do?

A1:

look underneath the 5 little angels. There are orangish squares. Those are buttons. Once you turn the key towards you, you have to press the buttons of the first, third and fourth little angels. You will hear music playing and then the fireplace in the far left room will have moved so you are able to continue with your journey!

How do i get into the mansion behind the gate in trace memory?

A1:

You go through the stone archway to an open yard with a mine cart. there is a red toolbox on a table. inside is a metal brush. go over to a broken machine on the other side of the open yard. there will be a plaque on the machine. try to scratch it off. you'll hurt your finger. then go back to the metal toolbox and take the brush and the gear which is also inside. then take the metal brush and use it to scratch the rust off the plaque. pay attention to the symbol on it. then go back to the gate. put the gear in the passcode box on the side of the gate. then combine 2 symbols to make the big symbol you saw on the plaque. it should open the gate.

Get the gear and fix the sign

I put the hidden key in the music box and
turn it and the hidden dor do not open?

A1:

Turn the music box key towards you until the screen eventually changes and the dialogue will state it heard a noise. The fireplace in Henry's and Mary's room will have moved for you to enter another hallway

A2:

Turn the key by making downward strokes on the key. When you cant turn it anymore let go, then press the squares in front of the trumpet, flute, and drummer dolls. Music should start playing, the screen will fade, and the secret passage will open in the other room.

I can't get the key out of the book shelf in the study F3. Do you have any suggestions?

There are several columns on the bookshelf. The one that appears with the letters GBA (imagine that Game Boy Advance!). You will want the bottom right shelf and the largest book. The key is hidden there.

I beat the game twice and the only difference I saw was the ninja but I have no idea what you mean by bonus mail or alternate ending cus I saw neither of that.
