When you go onyour world map while crusing, if you see a race shaded in then just chane your car. worked for me and hopefully for u!

Put the cheats in at the title screen, if that doesn't work than your ps2 is screwed up or you are putting in the cheats wrong.

Does anyone know where the hidden shops are in city core I have found 2/5 ?

A1:

There is a body shop on the part of the map that looks like a semicircle, a paint shop near the part with the big water foutains, performance shop in an allyway, body shop near your gerage-leave and turn left, and a specalties shop near the coast
