What you have to do is that you have to go to the purifying chamber and make all nine of them so they are at full tempo
then put your shadow lugia in one of them and then it will say it is ready to open the door to it's heart
OK this is complicated,so listen (er...READ) carefully.You have to put Lugia in the Purify chamber with 4 PKMN surrounding it.You must also have shadow pokemon in all 9 sets.You must maximize the Flow and Tempo on all 9 sets.For example,Lugia.The shadow pokemon must face a regular pokemon which has a type disadvantage.Ex.Lugia is a Psychic/Flying type.It should face a pokemon which is weak to Psychic or Flying.The others in the circle around Lugia should also be arranged in this same manner.

What you have to do is get all your purifcation boxes full wit purified pokemon and put lugia in the 9th boxe and in time you should get a purified lugia! :-]

After you beat Snattle, your character will notice somthing on the floor. walk to the shining object and pick it up. it is the elevator key. go to the pre gym and go to justy's desk. thats where you insert the elevator key. use the elevator and everybody will notice you and thank you and leave. go and meet the mayor at his house. he will give you the experience share.
When I tried that I did the exact same thing.The only solution is to go to the cave poke spot and set some poke snacks.After you capture lugia and all the shadow pokemon every time your spot moniter rings go to the cave and it will always be Aron.when you catch one hold r until lv.28 and then it will evolve into lairon.After that raise it to lv.45 and it will evolve into Aggron.
Depends. If the code is done out of battle, then that might not let a pokemon evolve. the max level is 100 so tough luck. if the code is done in battle, then lairion was holding the everstone or the action replay made you game glitch. the way you are now, you will never make that larion evolve.
You can't get eggs but your pokemon can have them ok so you go to the place with the tree growing just go where the babysitter or

Thanks for that awnser, vut ive tried to get an egg for a lonnngggg time, and in the poke mon babysitters place, you can only deposit 1 pokemon at a time. I did have the same pokemon and differnt genders. do the pokemon have to have a specific, level? do they have to be the same level? do they both have to be the same evolved pokemon, like can torus and miltank have an egg?

Go to the building behind the fortune telling place, once in there, go to the left, there should a cave enterence in there you should see him (he gives you a larvitar lv. 20 for wooper.)
After you beat him (or lose) go to team snagem hideout and beat the boss,Gonzap.Then go back to the Cipher key lair,go to the guards and Gonzap will come and get rid of them.

Well the mayor is at a place that you havent unlocked . But I still now he is he is at outskirt stand . So how unlock outskirt stand is to go to your mailbox and it will have letter from secc of ONBS in pyritetown at the fancy hotel near the brige. Secc is on the 2nd floor of the hotel and the first room.
What you do is you fill the tempo on every set and then you put lugia in one of the sets and go out of the pc and then in the top left courner it will say lugia is ready to open his heart then go to the lab where you start the game at of get him out of the pc and take him t agate and then you can purify him.

First, all of the sets in the purify chamber MUST have a FULL tempo. Then put shadow Lugia in the first set. After that, the bottom of the screen will say " something's different about Lugia." Last, use the chamber to open Lugia's heart. Then Lugia will be regular and not black and gray.

If you catch all shadow pokemon in the game, then go to gateon port and go to the top of the lighthouse. After that you fight mirror b. and you fight 5 lvl 57 ludicolos and a lvl 55 shadow dragonite. Go catch it, and you can't kill it cause it always has at least 1 hp.

Make the shadow pokemon battle until the purple meter is gone, then go to agate village and go to through the tunnel to the relic stone. Examine it and choose the pokemon that you want to purify. When a pokemon is purified, it will recieve all experience points earned in battle.
To beat it with Zapdos, make sure you've purified it and have given it a Magnet. (With just a Zapdos, I suggest training to LV.100.) I suggest using other Pokemon too, though. -Answer by:Smasherbro321
