I want my child to be a musician. I have taken him to see Romana, Sebastian, Lumina & Gustafa everyday. I have so far befriended Gustafa & Lumina and he is still a toddler. I'm trying to marry Marlin and he has four hearts, but so does Rock. When I give Marlin the Blue Feather he says "what's this?" I know that he proposes to me, but will Rock do it first and make me lose? Or will both propose?

A1:

I'm not sure, but I think that whichever one you visit more or give more gifts to is the one that proposes to you.If you really like Marlin, then I think you should buy something from him every day(Until whichever one proposes to you) and give him things he likes: Milk, eggs, food, that kind of thing! But if you change your mind and you like Rock better, I think you should visit him when he gets up(00:00 pm) and give him stuff such as, Toy flowers, Fodder, and Moon ors.

No marlin is the one that will propose. YOU have to propose to rock. I guarantee the same thing happened to me they both had 4 hearts but marlin proposed. rock needs to be proposed to.

Start to give rock stuff he doesn't like and show him something he does like and when he asks for it say no. :)

In response to A2, if you have hearts with Rock, then he will indeed be the one to go to your house and propose. This is the case with me, where I have not ONCE given him a gift, and yet he has four hearts. My goal started out on Gustafa, and later changed to Marlin.

It seems that if you want to marry Marlin, but Rock has hearts, you will have to work toward decreasing Rock's affection before Marlin will be the one to propose.

A5:

No! I disgree with about all of these. If you proposed to Marlin, then marlin and only Marlin will propose to you! Trust me, I had experience! If you propose to Rock after you propose to Marlin, then you will marry Rock!

P.S. Marlin will say "What's this?" then on something the 1st, he'll come to your door and ask YOU to marry him! Say yes, if you say no, the game ends! )

You have to have all the intermission sequences for him then propose to him.

If all the guys have 4 hearts and you want a certain one, then try to get to all their cutscenes and give the wrong answers to the ones you don't want to marry. If you want Marlin make sure to give all the right answers because if he gets mad he will take hearts away. Also if you propose to him with 3 hearts and someone else has 4 hearts. There will be a special cutscene where Celia is missing and he goes and hunts her down. Believe me you have to start kissing up to Marlin at the beginning of the game or he will already have fallen for Celia and you won't have a chance! That scene can be triggered on the last day or night of winter before someone proposes.

Well fisrt you have to get four hearts then you must see all heart seens with him (I think the last one is when he and cilea are by the river and when she leaves he asks you if you fish, you nod, he freaks out, don't worry in a good way) then I beleave that is when you get married(well, you have to propose then wait to the end of the year ^^)

Hi, I'm playing Harvest Moon: Another Wonderful Life, And I used the 50-99 of everything cheat, and never grew crops or anything cause I figured I didn't need to.. and now its Chapter 2, and I'm married to Gustafa, and I still don't have a horse. Is there any way I could still get one from Takakura? Do I have to be-friend him?

A1:

If you work hard enought, like giving your animals food every day, or fertilizing your field, you should get a horse. It also helps if you plant crops because it makes another thing for you to work hard at. I also have this game and I also do the cheat, but I plant stuff because it's fun to watch stuff grow.

The same thing happened to me, but I planted stuff and watered them every day, and I got the horse! It also helps if you fertilize your field and have chickens. Takakura befriended you when you got to the farm. You can check if people are your friends by walking past them. If they watch you, they are your friend, if they don't, you still have some presents to give!

Hey ,, the same thing happen ed to me but all I did was talk to him once or twice and a week in spring then he gave me a horse

Also happened to me. you have to not do the 99 cheat until after you get the horse, just because you need to work really hard in the spring.(Takakura thinks youre slacking off and thinks you dont deserve it)

I don't think you have to grow crops to get the horse. Ship some items out and you should get it. At least thats what happened to me.

Just check to see if your barn is full.. if it is then sell one of your animals, because if your barn is full then you cannot get the horse ( I know this from experience)

The 50- 99 cheat: you get your game on the playing screen, (do not pause or be anywhere you can see your items or money, just stand there) you insert a second controller into the third controller slot, ( if you do not own a second controller you can remove the one from the first slot) then you press the Z button. if you have done this correctly you should have 50-99 of every item available in the game. you can also press the START button for 10000G. (these both can be done numerous times, but only use when necessary)

I've played this game around 10 times or more. Vesta is always a good friend. I visit all the time, I have never (no matter how hard I try) gotten the hoe or raccoon from vesta. Also everybody in town is my friend and I can't get the bird. If anybody knows a specific day and time and exactly where to visit to get these things I would love to have that information, I have checked most all the cheat sites and no one ever gives specific info. They say befriend this one or that one but it just doesn't work like that. HELP?! I also need the day and time for the cutscene with Daryl and Muku talking so I can finally get that stupid lizzard> Are these gifts of animals legit or someone driving the rest of us crazy?

Here is the answer to the hoe... what you do is when you know that she is your friend ( she will turn her head to look at you as you walk by ) you wait untill she gose into her storage room ALONE! mavin cannot be in there to it dosnt matter what time of day it is. Then once shes in there alone you go in after her this will triger a scene where she gives you the hoe her grandfather used but she says she cant you such a wierd looking hoe, that is how you get the hoe. As for the raccoon I have looked everywhere to see if there is a way to get the raccoon I havnot found a way yet but if I do I will be shure to let you guys know! :P

A1:

Ook on the chalkboard in the barn that tells the status of your animals & also if you talk to your animals it tells their condition.

A2:

In your barn there should be a chalk board. Go up to it and press A until it gets to the "preganant" cow's name. Then it should say either normal, sick, preganant, or isolated and maybe a few more options.

A3:

If you go to the bulliten board in the back and look under your cows name it will either say: impregnet or pregnet

A4:

To make your cow pregnant ,, you need to buy this thing from the shop that makes them pregnant. then when you have it you go up to the cow with the pregnant potion on and click y. the next day the cow will be lying down. -Answer by:Jess

4 is only half right. In order to make your cow pregnant, go to the order book and order a Miracle Potion. Then the next day or so, Takakura will have you come into the barn. You will see your cow, and either your bull or another, depending on which option you chose upon ordering the potion. Then, he will tell you to wait outside, when you come back in your cow will be smiling. For the next couple days it will show its status as Impregnated on the chalkboard just inside the Barn. Then after a week or so, it will need to be isolated. The first time you have a pregnant cow, Nik, Nak, and Flak will isolate her for you. After around another week or so, your cow will give birth. The baby calf will stay outside near the water in your field in a calf hutch. Wait another week or so and it will grow to a full grown cow.

The previous answer is right completley... But this is just a hint. If you already own a bull,when you select miracle potion, choose "Farm Bull" and you won't have to pay any money for the potion. -Answer by:starshine101

You go to the building across from the barn. buy the miracle potion. if you have a bull of age click farm bull. if not press other bull. when you click farms bull click on the 2 cows you want to breed. if you click other bull click on the female you want to breed. after you will have to insolate her when ready then in a cuple days she will give birth. hope this helped good luck.

Your cow can also get pregnant naturally, if you have a fully grown bull on your farm. But I agree that it's easier and faster to use Miracle Potion. Number 6 is right, make sure to use Farm Bull for free, rather than choosing a different one.
