I dont know I cant figure it out either!

Press the space bar the first time when the wind is at 9. Try to hit the Kass on his head. Hold the spacebar down as the Kass is going upward and when it starts falling let go so it will flap it's wings and go farther. Press the spacebar at the moments when it hits the ground to make it bounce further.
