What you mean is cl_yawspeed. cl_yawspeed is the speed in degrees per second you turn left/right using the commands "+left" and "+right". This movement method isn't really used nowadays. Instead people use strafe left/right on "A" and "D" or Left arrow and Right arrow keys now. Turning left/right with keyboard buttons was used back in the first days of games like Duke Nukem 3D, Shadow Warrior, Rise of the Triad, etc., when it was not yet common/possible to use a mouse to look around. So if you'd set cl_yawspeed to 360, it'd mean you'd make exactly one full turn when holding down the key for turning left/right for one second - check your Keyboard options in game.

Well if you ask me,the best gun is Maverick and the best pistol is the Night Hawk.
The M4A1 (Carbine) is a very effective lone weapon if you can't afford a pistol, and also the silencer can help with your aim. If you have plentiful amounts of money, an Automatic Sniper Rifle and the Desert Eagle (Nighthawk .50C) as a combination can cause massive damage.
Well For me is the SCOUT and night hawk! short cut of ScOUT is b45 and the night hawk...? I don't know!

If you like a sharp accuracy then it must be m4a1(ct), galil(t) or mp5(only choose if low cash). you can pick semi-snipers like sg550 and g3sg1.
If you like recoils then pick ak47(t), famas(ct) and p90.

Keep praticing on bots and players with the awp and scout for a long time youll get really good
If you want to be a sharp shooter go with the other guys advice or if you want a accurate gun go with a sniper rifle. I suggest using the bullpup rifle cause its accurate and fast fire
Man go with the magnum sniper rifle. It's a instant kill.
