You go to the car you want and press x then disconnect your controller then place it back in and press triangle then you have it
Go to your garage and unpug your controller plug it back in and press triangle
You have to go into story mode then, go to your house and do the unpluging

U go to your garage then you pick what car you want then you press x if your playing it on ps2 then you take the controller out of the first slot the wait until it says that please insert a daulshock controller then put it back in and press triangle and you will have the car
