When you go to the s.s anne go up to the second floor then there are two stairs go to one of them but the right one has a lot of rooms on 1 side then Gary will want to batle you so beat him then go upstairs then talk to the captain and he will give you HM#1 cut but you have to have a grass tipe of pokemon or charmander

It is located on the s.s.anne after you defet you rival go up the stairs and talk to the guy in there he will give you hm cut

A4:

It is located at the pokemon center in vermilion city you ask the lady to heal your pokemon say yes and repeat this process until she says okay your pokemon are healed enough and shes here take this and she gives you HM:2

I have a level 37 lapras, 46 onix, 53 moltres, 53 zapdos, 43 venusaur, 44 pidgeot,39 rapidash, 38 dugtrio, 30 ditto, 30 arcanine, 34 nidoking, 30 snorlax, 34 magneton, 32 seal, 32 electribuzz, and a 30 koffing. These are all my good pokemon over level 30. Could you tell me which pokemon I should use to defeat the elite 4? and what level and moves they should have?
