Look at the game you r playing and there will be a button to press then type it in

Go to players in campaign mode and got the last training boxon a player and select it and it will sho you a sele ction of drugs or juices

Type in "champs" at the extras menu
At like 0:02 left quit and start over agian
Do not listen to the person that said 0:02 secs left, Just type in *Champs* At the extra's screen, That simple =D., - James

Thats bull their is no extras on campain only on main menu
Ive tried on every extras box, you can't and won't get the cheat, it's not true... So let the people who made the game know they messed up big time up...

On blitz for ps2 how do you put in the code ''champs'' and don't say go to extras I want step by step?

You go to play a game then you save a play replay n put champs n then quit the game n it will be all passed

Who ever said that answer is a load of crap you can't save a replay on the ps2 version. also to the champs cheat does not work period
