If it says out of Sync in the Game, it means someone has tampered on in the game Folders. Or if your on a custom game it means the file doesnt load properly and corrupt. if it happens every Normal AOE game i'd re-install your game. Or you could Lagg like hell.

Click on the boat that is loaded with the people in the lower-right corner of the screen there is a button to unload click there
When you find land where you want to unload your men.Click on your boat and at the bottom you will see a door with an arrow next to it.Nowclick on it and left click on the land where you want them to come out.(This is to hard with calvary units and artillery)

Well, first of all make sure you play people your own rank. you can tell by hovering your mouse over the players avatar. if you are a canscript the adequate skill level of the opponent would be somewhere around "0-5". To get your rank up higher, you must win games.
First of all, dont play against the computer. playing against reall people gets your rank up. and try not to lose a lot. it can really kill your ranking

U use the game triggers for the group and right click the horde
u can do the same thing with military units to attack something if attacked a game trigger would occur if you set it like that.
