If you are passing it on season mode go to roster management and search for edit players edit the people you want to trade give them a overall of 99 then go back and put trade players.....but if the team is intrested their bar should be more than half of the color yellow

In the Slam Dunk Contest, you hold the directional pad button (left or right, depends on which screen you want) and do any kind of alley-oop gather. for example: go to the right side of the court. hold the d-pad left. press the right analog stick up. it'll go off the screen. and do the gather square and triangle with no modifiers. and there you go.
