The hm scale is in the behinde a hikers s'house on route 217 its cover a litel bit with snow
Its hm rock climb and you get it down from snowpointcity next to a house
On the way to snow point city youll see a hikers house go inside & talk to him he will say he dropped an hm ouside go find and talk to him then he will let you keep it and give you an icesicleplate
When ur on ur way to snow point city,in the the blizzard, there will be a house talk to the man and he will say he lost an hm behind his house rock scale will be there
There is no hm called scale there is only cut,fly,surf,strengh,defog,rock smash,waterfall,and rock climb.
In the right hand corner behind the house
Theres ahouse on the left when you go in the blizzard and behind it is the HM rockclimb
After doing that go back to the man he lets you keep it and h gives you an iceplate

Go back to that old lady in solace ton and she will show you a picture of it
Talk to the elderly women in her house in celestic town and she will tell you she found a book and it will show you a picture of dialga or palkia depending on your version and it will appear on your pokedex.
After you beat the game, go to celestic town in the house with the scroll in the back, then talk to the old lady, and she will show you a book with dialga in it.
Talk to the grandmother of cynthya in celestic town
Go talk to the elder in celestic town
After you beat the elite 4 go to Celestic and talk to Cynthia's (champion) mom.
Talk to cynthias grand mother in celestic town. she will give you data on dialga enjoy!
Go 2 celestic town and enter the biggest house talk to the old lady
After you battle Palkia go to Celestic Town and inside the long talk to the old lady she'll show you a picture of Dialka and it'll count as you have seen him so he'll be your pokedex.

Protector is an item you give to ridon and trade to make it evolve to ryperhior( its an awsome pokemon try to evolve it befor it gets to level55 because ryperhior learns rockwrecker
You can find in desert in near survival/resort area it lets a rhydon from a traded if holding evolve into rhyperior but rhypeior is ugly trust me you may of well miss its ugly till lvl 100 lol you can find rhydons near stark mountain (i call it stake mountain lol) and in the desert

You need surf to get two Canalave City, then go all the way down the city on the left hand side, after that go to the man with the boat he can take you to Iron Island then go all the way down on the second level you'll meet a guy that wants to help you go all the way down then battle Team Galxey and the guy will give you a RIOLU egg that evoles into a LUCARIO.
Go to canalave city got the boat and go to iron island go in the cave go to the right parth and keep on going you will find a guy in blue his name is riley you will have to help him get to the end and you will battle two team galactic grunts when you win riley will give you a egg rember to leave a space in your party if you forget he will stay there and wont go away.
You need to talk to sailor edith or whatever his name is and he will take you to iron island you keep takeing the right path until you meet up with a guy named riley (make sure that you have an empty space in your pokemon belt) go all the way and battle the trainers in your way and at the end of your journey he will give you an egg which hatches into riolu I should know I have already done it
Go to canalave city and speak to the sailor next to a ship and he will take you to iron island. Search inside the cave until you find this guy that travels with you until you defeat two galactic grunts. He will give you a riolu egg at the end
All you need to do is get your pokemon to lvl 50 to 60 then you can beat the elite fours easily. plus you dont need the three regi\'s to enter the temple. all you needis to fill your pokedex then this girl will come and say you are allowed to enter the temple. and the old woman will let you enter the temple.

U have to get its beauty stats up and it will evolve mines only on level 13 and I evolved it to a level 13 milotic
U have to bring its beauty to the highest then it will evolve into a Milotic (lots of ppl call it Minlotic)
I'm sorry that you didn't know this, but you need to feed it blue and indigo poffins and raise your feebas' beauty stat as high as you can, then training it before it evolves into a milotic.Since I already knew this my feebas evolved at level 15.I suggest you do this and you might have a beautiful milotic by the time it's level 65. So good luck!

The Answer which says they are unobtainable is wrong. Here is what you do without waiting for those events to never come. Go to your nearest EB Games/Gamestop and buy an Action Replay. This worked for me. I went to google.com and tpyed in Pokemon Pearl cheat codes for Action Replay DS. It pulled up many topics. Choose the Yahoo answers one and there should be a guy who gives you the codes to mannully type. Type them in, use the code grab the event items and follow someone's guide to get these pokemon on the internet.

Get palkia or dialga battle the pokemon and use a pokeball on it and there you go.
Well, assuming you know how to catch a normal pokemon, just throw a poke ball at it like normal, (the best ones would be the luxury ball, masterball if they even have it in this version, or ultra balls) then when your character throws the ball at it, say gotcha gotcha gotcha over and over somewhat loudly, not too fast, not too slow until you have caught it. If you wanna git rare pokemon go to mnt. coronet and get dialga ok palkea depends and then if you want to catch a rare and make sure you keep it use a master ball or great or ultraball so it dont git away

Keep throwing different pokeballs after weakening them and u'll eventually catch them. I caught a Giratina w/ a pokeball. XD Also, I press xya (at the same time) when the pokeball turns yellow and let go, then press every time it bounces, then hold. I dunno bout u, but it worked well 4 me!

First of all, holding down any buttons while capturing a pokemon does not increase your chances of capture. it does, however have the potential to glitch your game(s). but don't worry! wait about forty turns then use a timer ball. by then its capture rate will be about 4. and if your game glitches up, I'm sorry but you'll have to start over or get help from nintendo.

You have to beat the sixth gym leader and deafeat team galactic on that lake and go to the peak of mt. corent to deafeat team galactic again and go to the route that leads to sunshore city and the guy won't be there.
You need to catch (or battle) palkia. to do this, beat the canalave gym. than go to the top floor of the library. go to lake valor & battle the commandor. than, go to team galactics HQ in vilestone. in front of the building, a grunt will have a key he runs off, leaving the key behind. go to the galactic warehouse & inside you will find a key card. this is to most of the doors in the building. you will battle the boss & he leaves. DONT GO ON THE GREEN PANEL. go right, than up. battle the commander & free 3 pokemon. push the button to do this. NOW go on the green warp panel & leave. summit mt. cornett & catch palkia, or defeat it. then,go to sunnyshore

You have to climb to the top of mt coronet and catch palkia! hope I helped goodluck out there!
Go to the stone pillar, where Palkia or Diagla is standing. Defeat or capture it, and leave after recieving something behind Palkia/Diagla. You then can go to all 3 lakes, and help your friends. Then you can also go to Veilstone, where you can find a locked door. So follow a strange grunt in Pastora city, and chase him until he battles you. Then you enter the building and do various tasks and battle until you reach the boss, who will battle you and if you win, he allows you to free the 3 captured legendary pokemon he kidnapped. then you exit, as you fly to Sunyshore and get past that man. It seems hard, but it's fun, your pokemon level up a lot there. You also recieve goods in there, even a TM! Good luck to those who want to get past!

Find the marking map and it shows a critter for cresselia and a critter for mesprit then migrate from a other game make them hold master balls after you catch them take the master balls and catch cressellia
Wat I did was I went in and out of jublife until it came to a patch of grass in front of me. Then I got a level 61 and used block to keep it from fleeing. You just need a higher leveled pokemon to attack first.
First you should try to have a pokemon that knows block use it on cresselia it cant run then deplete its hp dont kill it! then / do this at night / then use dusk balls and theirs a cresselia
A good pokemon is that bee pokemon because he can do and attack outside of battle call sweet scent that attracks pokemon that's how I kept find it in the grass the bee can be found in a tree you have to put honey and come back 6-8 hours.

1.u need to have a golbat,that has "mean look",so it cant escape.then u can weaken it.
2.u need a high lvled pokemon that can use "confusion"so it falls asleep.

Get a pokemon that knows mean look or block.walk around and the cressila will come to you.make sure you have plenty of timer balls and ultra balls.quick balls will not work very good cause they get weaker each time you use them.my opinoin is to get a Duskull,Dusklops,or Dusknoir an make sure it knows mean look because cressila is a psychc type and Duskull,Dusklops,or Dusknoir are Ghost types giving them the advandtige over cressila.
Use a high level wobuffet (lv.50-55) to weaken it. Wobuffet's ability is shadow tag which won't let a pokemon escape. Send it out when you find a cresselia and try to weaken it with your wobuffet. Don't switch pokemon or it will run away. Be sure to pack lots of hyper potions to restore your wobuffet. Good luck catching it. That's how I did it.
If you have emerald and you haven't used the master ball you can use the cloning glitch and migrate a pokemon holding the master ball over to your game. Then when you find cresselia, you can use the master ball right away.

The best pokemons to use in this situation are a Wobuffet or Wynaut (they have the ability to keep foes from fleeing), and Sableye or Spiritomb. Sableye and Spiritomb are Dark/Ghost types, so any of Cresselia's Physic attacks are going to be uneffective to those badboys.

Action Replays are tricky to find they sell just as fast as the wii so may I recommend checking gamestop on sundays because thats when they get there shipments or at least the ones in maryland get there shipments on sunday. (Be carefull with the action replay if you check off over 20 cheats it really glitches the game up, also my friend says diamond is a little bit harder to cheat on since that game is the popular choice.)

Rock climb is find in the way to snowpoint city, before you are finishing the rode there is a long way with snow, in that way there is a house in the upper part of the house there is a pokeball and that pokeball contains rock climb.

Wisdom lake is the lake that is right next to Lake Verity. A special cheat is needed and there you will be able to catch a Lv. 70 Rayquaza. You can unlock the cheat with an Action Replay or you can wait until there is 349:12 played on your game. Have you gone to the lake that is being blocked by people? At first there is a galactic grunt waiting for a package at Pastoria City. keep following him as he runs away from you. When you defeat him after chasing him near the lake, he will go past the screen. you won't see him anywhere. Cynthia will be in front of the guards. You trade a porygon2 holding the dubious disc and you get a porygon z the dubious disc can be found on route 225 the lake thing above the house use surf and you'll find it in an item ball

Yes I have it and tried all you have to do is get the national dex and the fat guy that was blocking the path will leave and then youll be in another part of victory road and you get to partner up with this girl and then youll be on route 224
The short fat man blocking the path doesnt leave just cause you beat the elite 4... you can get there b4 you even beat the elite 4! He leaves as soon as you Complete the SINNOH POKEDEX and you have obtained the NATIONAL POKEDEX... This means you cant get past the guy till you see every pokemon in the Sinnoh reigon!

Frist of all you beat the gym in the town with the great marsh.afer that you go to the front of the great marsh and you will see a glacie dude.he talk to him and he gives you a hint and then says I was just talking to myself and runs away.2nd you the way he whent and you keep going till you come to almost or in the narrow place.he gives you a other hint and says stop evedroping I was talk to myself and runs to the sues and his in the middle.then he says something else I cant rember and runs off again.then when you get close to the lake he stops and says he cant run anymore and battles you(dont worry he olny has one pokemon and its weak)when you deft him he walks to the lake but you cant get in the lake yet.

It's very easy! All u have to do is go to the top of spark mt., help that boy/girl (i don't know if it's a boy or a girl, it looks like both!) then he/she will get the magma stone. Afer that, u go to his/her house, than he/she will say that he/she wants to return it. Go back to the top of spark mt., then there will be a pokemon (YOU HAVE TO CATCH IT TO GET THE MAGMA STONE) after you catch it (I hope you do) you will have to magma stone with you.
EXTRA INFO: if u have a magma stone, eggs will hatch twice as fast!

Well u can't really get the magma stone but after u team up with buck and go to the end of stark moutian he gets then go back to his house he will but the stone back then go back to stark till end cave there will be Heatran. And take a fight type eith u that is his weakness. and make shere u have a few ultra balls. Also save before u battle him.
Go to stark mountain and the guy burk will take the magma stone then go to his house and he will say he put it back and you go back but when you get to the top Heattron a rare lv70 pokemon will be there

You can't get a magma stone and the easiest way to get stones is to mine. To mine you need to explorer kit then you go underground
U need to work your way thourgh a cave on spark moutain and there you will team up with a young man named buck he has a lev 57 claydol and restores your health after every battle once you reach the end buck himself takes the stone but is you go to a house in survival area and talk to buck agin. so he puts it back and it trasformos in to a lev.70 ledandray Heatran

Team up with buck and go to the magma stone. buck will take the stone and run away. go to his house (in the survival area), he will put the stone back.now is your chance! go to the stone. it will be a heatran lvl 70 (so dont freak if the magma stone is gone!) now catch heatran!

The Solaceon ruins is on the east side of Solaceon town. Just go up and around the top of the pokemon center and there are some houses and legedes, jump off the ledges on the far right and you should be at the ruins. Just be sure to keep going right as your jumping down the ledges.
In solaceon town. go all the way up to near edge of the town then head right where you see an opening. keep going right until you cant head right any further then head down and jump the ledge you'll know your there when you see the rocky wall of the ruins if have'nt noticed yet.
In solaceon town. Go to the right when you are at the top of the town (by the day-care). Go over to the right. There should be three ledges going accross along with trees. You get palika at mt coret by going into there by hearthomes side then keep going then you need to use rockclimb at the left then into a cave and fight a lot of glatimis and beat the boss and catch it
First you have to free the three lake pokemon in the galactic building in veilstone then enter through the hearthrome side of mt. corrnet (note: you will need strength, rock climb, rock smash and defog. once at the top you will battle team galactic and its commanders and leader after that you will have one chance to catch it.
