Spiritbomb after you talk to 30 or 32 people underground (ps not hikers) -Answer by:hugty
Spiritomb........have fun catching him!
It is the place where Spiritomb will appear after greeting 32 people underground. I suggest getting a DSI, DSI XL, or 3DS, getting a file on another diamond, get the explorer kit, use it at the same time on both files and greet! Delete the file on the new game and do this all over again until there is 32 people greeted. It's a long wait, but worth it! Go to route 209 after that and IT'S SPIRITOMB TIME!

The cave is under the bike road if you go 2 the cave that is visible wrong cave the rite cave is to the left under the road thats whear I found my gible there now a gabite lvl47
Rit under the bridge in route 206
You go down the bike road. at the end that leads to the mine city, go to one side of the building you exited. Use cut, and walk up to the wall. There will be a cave. DO NOT GO IN! Go under the bike road, and press forward at the wall. There is a hidden entrance to the cave there. Gibe is in there. I hope I made sense.

Go to hearhome city and talk to bebe who is next door to the pokemon center eventually shell give you one when you beat the pokemon league
When you only have 5 pokemon in your party you go to bebe's house and she will give it to you

You can also catch a ditto, ( you can use a poke radar to find one on route 218 I think) and if you breed that ditto with one of the 'eons (leafeon, glaceon, etc) you can get eggs that hatch into evee. ( also, you can breed it with almost any Pokemon, except for legendary Pokemon or Pokemon that have no genders. besides ditto

Yes get one and try it! Transfer it from other pokemon games via pal park it's the easy way to get one. note the legendary can't breed with the exception of manaphy that when breeding with ditto you get a phione but it won't evolve to manaphy clever or not ?! They both are unique!

You're right dude! It is friendship! Do the following things in order to get a Togetic and maybe Togekiss if you want! Do this to boost the odds:
Give protein, iron, calcium, zinc, carbos, or HP ups to Togepi. This boosts firendship as well as stats!
Give it the soothe bell and walk with it for 3 hours.
Don't let it faint! This lowers friendship levels a little.
Give poffins it likes. Failure to give it a good one it likes and giving it a bad one it hates results in lower friendship levels.
Rare candies help too! But too much equals a huge, noticeable stat reduction.
This should evolve it to Togetic in 3 hours. Use a shiny stone on a Togetic to give it into TOGEKISS!

Sorry dude, I forgot 2 progress steps in A9. 1. Talk to Dr. Footstep. He is near route 213. If it loves you enough, he gives you a ribbon. 2. Check app #5, I think it was? If it's not, check #6 for the love meter. Touch Togepi for 3 seconds. Two hearts will appear. The more they grow, the more it loves you!

You are correct you must turn all of the other cheats off.Then if that still doesn't work then it's either your D.S. or your action replay (Most likely your D.S.) it hppened to me with the pokemon modifier until I got a new D.S.:)

Then try looking at the code on google etc, and if it is diferent from your code, replace the wrong numbers or letters with the wright ones. Alsoe, if it is wrong... The reason why it froze is that other major cheats (which have a long code) are activated. When activated, it freezes TEMPORARILY, but the game still works. Mainly, it's other cheats screwing it up. That's how I am the first to discover the new land hack!

If you have arceus give them to him and his type will change and that goes for his move judgement as well eg: flame plate+jugdement=fire type move/sky plate+judgement= flying type move

Don't let it faint too much in battle and don't let it be affected by the Status Conditions such as Poisoning, Burn, Sleep, ect.
My tip is to level him up, a lot of people hate this, but if you look at it my way you will see it like me. ok heres the anwser, make it happy by leveling it up, by time it is in the thirtyes it should evolve it to lacario, a lot of people level it up w/ items, but when it evolves they need to level it up so they can use it in battle. w/ my way you save items and it is ready to use once it evolves! Ok you have to get the poke radar and go to the patch of grass right b4 canalave city and use it go to one of the shiniest spots that appear with the radar and there should be a rare pokemon there for me it was either a gastrodon or a ditto after a couple tries. once you catch a ditto keep using it and there should be many ditto's use a repeat ball to catch it after youve caught one already!
This works! ok go to canalave you need a bunch of max repels and balls thenu need poke radar. then go to route 218 to the patch of grass and use a max repel make sure your radar is charged for you do it then go in and it will take a couple of times it took me 7 max repels and 5 ultra balls
One time on Pearl I caught 4 Ditto @ Route 218 with the poke radar. I used them 4 the day care so it can breed with any pokemon with an egg group, even males or unknown genders can breed too!

Once you have obtained the national-dex go to Bebes house in Hearthrome City and you can get an eevee. If you have a Ditto put it in the daycare with your eevee in Solaceon town and it will make an egg of eevee. You will need to do this in order to obtain leafeon and glaceon.

I defeated cyrus using lvl 35 to 41 pokes oh and 1 more thing palkia has strong sp attack
