I think you have to visit the three lakes and you can catch them first the one near twin leaf profs. will meet you and then he will talk 2 you and then when he leaves go to his place
I think you have to talk to Dawn and she will give you the poke radar and he'll be back,talk to you about it then Proffeser Oak will come and give you the national dex.(I know this is long)
You have to go to a pokemon center, go on PC, select rowans PC and when itz finished talkin go to his lab an he will be there.
One of them is finneon but there is alot of pokemon that can learn it you just have to pick one

Mean look is a move a ghost type can learn. One example of a pokemon that has mean look is Golbat.
My pokemon Gasly has mean look. Gasly's are at a mantion.
Every Golbat I find has it.
Basicly all ghost type pokemon can use it. But if you want a pokemon that knows it get Gastly,Haunter,Gengar, or Golbat.

There are two answers. 1. the first pokemon manshion is in eterna forest P.S. rotom is there. 2. the second is on route 212.

I recommend using either Fire or Fighting type pokemon. But beware that Byron uses Bronzor so I think you should use a dark type for Bronzor because Bronzors steel and Psychic which means Psychic type moves are effective on Fire and Fighting. You can get a dark type pokemon in Pokemon Diamond by going to to Eterna Forest at night to get a Murkrow which is a Dark Flying type pokemon. I also recommend evolving Murkrow using a Dusk Stone to evolve it into Honchkrow or get a Skorupi in the Safari Zone in Pastoria City and Skorupi evolves at level 40 into Drapion. Skorupi is a Poison Bug type Pokemon and Drapions a Poison Dark so I would say evolve Skorupi. If you have Pokemon Pearl you can get a Skorupi and Drapion in Pearl Version. (Just do what I told you to do on Diamond because you get Skorupi in the Safari Zone in Pastoria City and it does evolve at level 40 in Pokemon Pearl.)
I Just Beat Him With My Infernape, All Of His Pokemon Were SOOO Easy! And My Infernape Was Lvl 40 or Below.

I used my empoleon Lv. 46-56 to defeat ALL his pokemon
I recomend you use water pokemon and some fighting too because its steel type
I used a lv 61 Graveler and lv 52 inferape but it can really be lv 40 and up you need ember and
Beat him with special fire or ground moves because the defense is frickin high.
All I did was use flame wheel with my level 49 infernape and I killed all of them in one hit

There are many different opinions, and even if I list my team you probably don't have the same Pokemon. But here is a hint - balance your team. What I mean by that is don't have all Pokemon of one type, or don't have Pokemon that don't cover each other's strengths and weaknesses. A good example is a team of a fire-, water- and grass-type. Since all Pokemon are on lvl 50, this is extremely important - have a type advantage over the opponent.

You can't get a houndour in pokemon diamond you only can get it from gold, Sliver, Emerald( after you got a national pokedex) or Crystal if you want a houndour in pokemon diamond imgrate

This is sad, but you must restart. That's what you need to do when the game freezes. I don't mean restart the entire game, I mean turn it off and on. It works because one time my game froze when using the walk anywhere code and I restarted and it was fine. I think it will work. Hopefully you saved not too long ago. Try to save often when using the AR.

It is a virus that is good. It makes your pokemon level up faster and anyone else in your party gets it after walking around for a while.
Holy Crap!You got the very rare pokerus infection!I didn't know it was in diamond!Anyway,it levals your pokemon up faster and spreads, but if you want to get rid of it,put them in the pc.
Their evs are doubled and the effect NEVER goes anyway, even when the Pokerus is healed (shows a little smiley face by their picture in the summary). If you want you should infect some weaker pokemon you have (by having them in the same party)

You need to get the arceus event code and press L and R at the same time. then go to any pokemart and there will be a guy in a green suit. talk to him and he will give you the azure flute for arceus. If they're not showing up in their respective lake caves (have you checked those?) then...I don't know if this works in diamond, but in platinum they are regenerated if you beat the pokemon league again

Du Most people don't know this but unless the DS time is changed by itself I will be the same day! it thinks that you just had a minuet off or something so no changeing the time, got it.

Beat the elite four and get national dex. then, above pastoria city spring path will appear. go on it and find turnback cave. kepp going forward and you will find giraitina. once caught, go through the left door and you will be at the exit
Go into the spring path cave and find it bring 87 dusk ball use 38 of them on him then a timer ball and wala ps this is how I caught it

1. Beat the elite 4
2. there will be a new area than before go to it will be called something with spring in its name.
3. When you are there go to the cave near the lake there.
4. go inside
5. now here is the tricky part you must find all pillars (there are three) in the cave and you must do this before you go into 30 rooms or you will go back to where you started P.S. the rooms change all the time!
6. when you find them all the next room you go into will be the room to Giraitina go up to it and press A.
7. then it will roar then you will battle it P.S. it will be Lv. 70
8. Get a pokemon around Level 70 to 90 and get a LOT of healing items.
9. Then weaken it untill its HP is in the red spot then DO NOT ATTACK!
10. now use a master ball but if you do not have one there is still hope!
11. If you do not have a master ball use a LOT OF ULTRA BALLS LIKE 29 YOU SHOULD HAVE 40 THEN WHEN YOU THROW A BALL PRESS A ALL THE TIME TO RAISE YOUR LIKE OF CATCHING IT.

To get there, you need to fly to Hearthome city. You need to go west past the Berry Master's house and all the fishermen to Mt Cornet. After that, there's not much I can help you with. Just keep heading up stairs that appear like they lead to the top. Just keep going don't give up! You'll have to go outside a little bit into the snow too. And there's no building up there they just meet there with a raging Dialga you have to catch or defeat.

You evolve a Bagon into a shelgon at L.30 then evolve onto a salamence at L.50 (you find Bagon at the top of route 210 in pokemon pearl that where I found mine)

You cannot learn those moves until you beat the elite 4. when you do you need to go to the resort area and go up until there is a house in a desert. Or you can use an action replay and go to the elite 4 tower and run anywhere and find the resort area and go to the desert and find the house! hope this helps :D -Answer by:mii111

To get Draco Meteor you go to that house on the route with the fog that is on the way to Celestic Town. I think that you'll need the Rock Climb Hm.

NO! They may seem like a legandaries,but there not! They seem like them because you can only get a riolu from Reily on Iron Island.
