The plates are different from the skill points. The plates appear in the same place at the same time everyday.
There is a plate every hour of the day starting from midnight. The plates will only stay in the place for an hour. After an hour the next plate will appear.

Where is the metal detecor?

How do I change the clock details on my ds?

If you go to the Sun Deck he is in the corner on the right.

Tap the lift and then select witchroom you want to go in and one of them will be the sundeck so tap the sundeck. and at the right the robot will be there and btw defeat him with your rat suit .
