Go to the building on the west side of the island, and go up the stairs, and then up the next stairs before walking around. go up and hit the statue , and then go east. to get the secret key, pick it up!
Q:Okay, so I was looking up cheats awhile ago and I came across this one that still bugs me to this day. I'm pretty much a master at this game, but the point is...I've tried everything except beating the Elite Four 100 times. I was told if you do this then the guy in Vermilion City with the Machop will make the building he's making into a gym for you. I don't know if this is true, but I really want to know. Also, the Bill's secret garden...is that just BS?

I am not sure about the gym thing, but "Bill's secret garden" is real, but there is nothing to do there. No Pokegods, no items, nothing. To do it, go to that strip of 1 tile thick land below Bill's house. Face north, twards water. There should be rocks to the south of you. Houd up, then save. Make sure you were holding up when you hit start. Restart, then surf. You should be surfing on rocks. Now, go around on these rocks, you will be in Bill's Secret Garden. Fly/teleport/dig/escape rope out.

There's only one way to find out... try beating the Elite 4 100 times. As for Bill's Garden, I've seen that, too. According to the cheat I read, You need To get Eevee AND all its evolved forms (Flareon, Vaporeon, Jolteon). You'll need to clone Eevee 3 times... anyways, I've heard if you talk to Bill 100 (coincidence, huh?) times, he'll say, "Hey! You have my favorite POKEMON!" He SUPPOSEDLY shows you his "garden", and your first step brings a wild TOGEPI. Let me know if that works... I'll help YOU by fighting the Elite 4 100 times. I'm already more than 28% there!-KMP.
