Get up close to cannon. crouch in front of something to block the oncoming cannon balls, line up cross-air of weapon to cannon. wait til they fire cannon then immediately jump, you should get a view of cannon operator, while in air either use your quickdraw and shoot the guy or estimate where to move your sight so when you jump again the guy is lined up for quick shooting.

What I do is before you come out to face Dotchie, I stand behind the bog bolder in front of Soapy. I use that as a shield from the cannon and the riders don't go up there. Just peak out and shoot. Common snce to stay low when Dotchie shoots the cannon.

Kill the guy on the canno first and kill the riders after
All you do is go to the cave near the back of the train and kill the riders when they come past then move up a little and kill the guys on the train but leave dutchie till last. Note if you go to far down the cave you will fail the mission.

To get to the rocks you have to go to the back trail where you first raced tom (when you had to jump all those trees and the jump down into the waterfall).. then you might have to look up to check.. when you see a ledge try jumping on the smaller boulders. sorry if this didn't help at all

I keep trying to jump on the rocks in the Apache camp but I cant get on them when Im on my horse. and when im not on my horse (Reeds horse) I cant get on the very last rock. Help? how do I get up there!

First if on horse git of get bow out (normal) crouch when it says your close enough shoot a bow at its brain
You need to crouch down and get close and a missig will apear "blow his brains out" with a arow.

Well the Apache shirt and Silver spurs are not actually things you can put on. The apache shirt just means the apaches will respect you, and the silver spurs means your horse gets stronger -Answer by:CoolKnight
You find arro's in GUN right by the Indien Hunters teepee on the left side.Just run right though the ocword looking thing.HINT,by Mugruters mine.
There are 3 spots, in the old house in the badlands and at the apache camp at the top of that really tall mountain. the last 1 is at the apache hunters camp.
If you take a barrel of tnt from the badlands mine and put it on the north endof the old abandoned house's chimney the explosion will open up a hole in the ground with unlimited ammunition. to get there get out of dodge make your way to the badlands and head inton the field that has several horses and buffalo. the house and the mine with the tnt will be right next to you
You walk up to him slash him and grag him then it'll tell you how to subdue him
After you eliminate the gang, shoot his horse, then shoot him in the LEGS with your PISTOLS. When he drops, get close and the grab option appears. I had to shoot him twice before he went down on his knees.

The area is at the start when your doing training with ned. there are 2 rocks in the lake stand between them and hold R1 L1 and x for a couple of seconds and you will hear indians banging drums then go to the options menu and there will be a new selection called GUN

Watch a video on you tube of the first level with ned. Locate on the video the rocks they climb down. If you have sucessfully there is 3 rocks go to the middle one on the left and jump repeatly until your on top becareful as you'll fall. Jump on the ledge next to the middle rock your on top off. follow the path that leads to a mini ledge keep jumping reapeatly until you land on top again follow the path and to the water stand in between 2 rocks and press L1, L2, R1, R1, X all at the same time for a few seconds and you'll hear indian drumbs then go to the main menu and select GUN. Choose any level or cutscene keeping ALL your weapons. Be patient it takes a while.

Well when it port is talking to the guards get a horse and just go out there before port is carrying the cannon and start shooting the people. thats what I did and it work.

Nope, Ned is dead. When you get further in the game you will find he survived the steamboat ambush but was later killed by tom magruder or the preacher I really cant remember which:)
NO he is dead but at the end it shows he was shot by macgruder and he survived the indian boy gave ned the baby wich is colton white. He does die on the steamboat.
