By renting a TP class ship, and having it dock at a shipyard, or by BUYING a TP class ship, and ordering it to the sector you want. It takes forever though.
A2:
To buy a station, first you need to hire a mammoth, then have it follow you to any "shipyard". The mammoth will charge you for each gate you lead it through.

By either nearly destroying it, or by using the ship steal software found at pirate bases, because it is illegal, though there should be a mask for it somewhere. you can only realy hack in pirate sectors, and unclamed sectors. But it would be hard to smugle it away from pirate bases in allied sectors!
You can't steal a ship BUT you can capture one after the pilot ejects.
To steal an enemy ship, you must first bring it close to destruction. When it's hull is down to about 1/8-1/16 health, open comms with the ship and the pilot will make a choose between abandoning ship or fighting to the death. If he abandons ship, you can eject from yours and enter his. it is now yours. It will need to be repaired and most of the equipment like weps and shields will also need to be replaced.

First change your name to "Thereshallbewings" (case sensitive) then press "Ctrl+c" then press "s" there are a bunch of predesigned scripts, but it all depends on what you need.
