A1: Only one I know of: In the Mission Select screen, while holding both bumpers press (on the D-Pad) Left, Left, Right, Right and press Y, Y to Unlock all the Levels.

A1: Of course there is a cheat for unlock all missions finish the game then go to mission select and they will be there congradulations you have finished the game and are now pick any level you want
