Q: How do you raise your heat level without being caught?

A1: Always Chase by cops so you can rise your heat level

A2: Heat level 1: on this heat just stay near to the cops try not to touch them though.heat level 2and3 it will get slightly harder so start to speed up and go infront instead of staying near them.heat level4 try to dodge the spike strips(sometimes the are gams in the block so go through that space) there are SUV heavys so use speed braker to move out of the way and sometimes they go straight into the other cruiser cops.remember there are are helicopters so it is harder to get away.heat level 5 is hard. first of all if u will have a hard time so when you are on heat level just about going into heat level5 evade the police.then next time u start a pursuit in that car it will be easier because if u get caught u can restart ure game and then you can star it again!!!

A3: Let the cops chase you but dont ditch them then when your heat is up to where ur wanted, hide in the bus station. when the cops go away but u still want that heat just go save it. and if u dont want all that heat go paint your car.

A4: When your getting chased and youve had enough go to dock yard and where the customization shop there is a little hiding behind the buildings you should see it just go in there they want follow you in there no matter what they can be touching you and they want go in there

A1: Save the game before u race, pick the left and middle markers, if u dont get the car, reset game and race agian

A2: Pick two of the bonus markers and you will most likely get the rivals car.

Q: How do you get an easy 4,050,000 bounty to beat black list nuber 4?

A1: Hit roadblocks,destroy cop cars,go on top of the buses(dont lisson to people who say that only one copper goes on top of the buses becos they speak a load of crap and SUVs go on 2 at a time),keep getting milestones because smetimes you get old ones

I done it and ended up evading with 33.5million bounty!:P it was late, so I turned my ps2 off and it took 400,000 off!:((((( drive to the end(2nd floor-not on busses-drive all the way up. like every 20million your gonna have to drive your car off and reset or something) trust me, yesterday I lost a pursuit because of that! Q: What do I do after I beat razor should I try to loose the cops? because you cant

A1: U can evade da cpos because you keep the persuit running for about five mins then after five mins mia will call u and u have to go 2 da bridge that was under repair it will be open thier will be a marker on ur map so follow it wen u go up da bridge a cut scene will happen u willfly over the broken part of da bridge but the cops will fail thats how u complate da game

A2: Just do what I did go to dock yard and keep going in circles around dockyard untill mia tells you where to go they cant set any traps in dockyard

A3: Well, you CAN do what I did, go to the baseball stadium and get to the corner where the cooldown spot is(corner not the actual spot) and wait till you get the call and drive to the bridge and finish. EASY!:P

A1: Fter you win a blacklist,they will ask you to select icons.Click on the bonus icons(the ones with a ? on 'em) and if you pick one you might get a junkman part.If not use your second try to get another marker and hopefully that one would be junkman.I had junkman parts on my car once and they kinda suck. -Answer by:Executer

A1: I don't know i'm trying to get 100% and see wat happens i'm on 97% right know but it is pretty hard

A2: I answered my own question. there was a small scratch on the disk. DUH ME!

A3: Because you've just beaten the game.

A4: U have beatin the game but to get 100% you need to go back and finish all the races and milstones

A5: No you get 100% of the game by completing all 68 challenge events all races done all milestones done and 100% on rapsheet.
