Get the ford gt and tune it with ultimate parts and it is able to be tuned to the max on all preformance gauges so the gt is faster than the murcielago and it is hard to beat I used it to evade the cops mainly because they can hardly keep up

Heat level 1: on this heat just stay near to the cops try not to touch them though.heat level 2and3 it will get slightly harder so start to speed up and go infront instead of staying near them.heat level4 try to dodge the spike strips(sometimes the are gams in the block so go through that space) there are SUV heavys so use speed braker to move out of the way and sometimes they go straight into the other cruiser cops.remember there are are helicopters so it is harder to get away.heat level 5 is hard. first of all if u will have a hard time so when you are on heat level just about going into heat level5 evade the police.then next time u start a pursuit in that car it will be easier because if u get caught u can restart ure game and then you can star it again!!!
Let the cops chase you but dont ditch them then when your heat is up to where ur wanted, hide in the bus station. when the cops go away but u still want that heat just go save it. and if u dont want all that heat go paint your car.
When your getting chased and youve had enough go to dock yard and where the customization shop there is a little hiding behind the buildings you should see it just go in there they want follow you in there no matter what they can be touching you and they want go in there

Yes, but you only get to it at the very end of the game after you beat Razor. After you beat Razor and get back the M3 you will go into a chase when Cross and Mia get done talking. It will show black undercover Chevrolet Corvette C6s and you will get 30000 bounty for every 10 seconds you are in the pursuit. You will also get 25000 bounty for every Corvette you take out unless it's in a series, then the second one will give you 40000 bounty and after that all the others in the series will be worth 60000 bounty.
Sometimes its hard, but either persuit breakers, or my little handy tip: on the highway 99 there is a tunnel where the roads split go really close to one entrance then quickly switch the cops should go down the other road, then go up, but b4 the 2 roads join again, use speed breaker to turn round and zoom off the other way. the cops should still be going thru the tunnel. If there is no helicopter in the air, go into the baseball stadium through the covered part and use that pursuit breaker then exit the other side of the field and go towards the entrance you used to get in and there should be a cool down area.

the porsh cayman is for speed and the elise for random race's

Get a mercedes and a porsche. upgrade both NOT 100% but make sure you have the best nos unlocked and leave out the one that effects your car least(brakes)but you may have to buy the next one down to make it possible to drive faster with the ability to win the race easier. this makes it easiest. I find that it's a lot harder with a car that has everything that has been unlocked(performance). race with the mercedes on the tracks that have the least turns also not turns not as sharp as the one in rosewood the turn in front of the baseball field(like this... ...>(sharper than that)). use the porsche on the one with the most turns. mercedes goes faster than porsche and porsche turns better than a mercedes so this WILL MAKE IT EASIER. none of them? use the rx-8 and supra. rx-8 turns better. enough said(finished typing at 10:47 p.m. and is too tired to type any more.)

I done it and ended up evading with 33.5million bounty!:P it was late, so I turned my ps2 off and it took 400,000 off!:((((( drive to the end(2nd floor-not on busses-drive all the way up. like every 20million your gonna have to drive your car off and reset or something) trust me, yesterday I lost a pursuit because of that! U can evade da cpos because you keep the persuit running for about five mins then after five mins mia will call u and u have to go 2 da bridge that was under repair it will be open thier will be a marker on ur map so follow it wen u go up da bridge a cut scene will happen u willfly over the broken part of da bridge but the cops will fail thats how u complate da game
Well, you CAN do what I did, go to the baseball stadium and get to the corner where the cooldown spot is(corner not the actual spot) and wait till you get the call and drive to the bridge and finish. EASY!:P
