Nope, in normal edition heat 6 is the highest in a special part, final pursuit, heat 5 for normal, and in the black edition same just one of the challenge series in black edition is heat lvl 7
The only things that come up on mine are: resume carier, new carier, load carier. and when I go to resume it takes me to a race . and im on like the fourth or fith race.

Go to a car lot on the map-blue on G.P.S.-try to go to the first one you were in, make sure you have enough money for the one you want, hit the enter button to buy the car, and select ship to safe house, or drive now(or drive right away-i dont remember, havent played it in a while-you get the idea) drive now=your in your new car

You answer the cheat codes at the menu with the picture of the bmw and is says press start to begin just type in your cheat there make sure you dont get a cheat with x in it

The start screen that shows the bmw you use at the begining of the game,theres not a certain place or blank to do it in just do the cheat,k but if you get a cheat wit a 'x' its the wrong cheat pressing x will take you off of the main screen. youll have to restart your ps2 to get back to that screen, so dont press x!
