Maybe you have the wrong version of the game. if it's not then you're just typing them wrong. and no there is no infinite nos cheat.:( if there was, i'd be using it all the time.
You have to download a file that has mega cheats. I had it but when my dad downloaded the windows vista , he had to delete it. I dont remember the site but the codes it have are:
1- Infinite nitrous
2- Never get busted
3- Heat level freeze
4- Max speed

Heat level is how much attention you are getting from the police, not you car's temperature. I did the same thing once.
