U must not try to kill him with your sword, you must cut the bamboo plants them pick one up, then you must attack him with it to destroy him armor, if he cuts that one in half then just find another one and keep hitting him with it
I get into the elevator and I press every possible button and it dont budge but the music still plays even though the musics funky it really annoying thnx
Use the Gheto city cheat and go to store and frisk everyone about everyone will have stuff and or run a car into another one and wait till the driver comes out, wait and they will attack you.

Get in a car and have a car crash with a person not a pig and the get out then waite 4 her or him to finish swaring then they will attack you beat them the arrest um..
Have a car crash with another moveing car the get out the othe person should come out then sware then attack you .... you can arrest the prson 4 assulit... p.s will not work on any1 in the public services.
In the mornings go to any club, gunshop, cardealer ships etc and frisk everyone. then come out then go back in .when the stores close. start clearing up the town of bad guys by resonding to the crime situation, use stungun, beanbag shotgun or tranquilizer to do so. if do not own these then take any gun by using precision aim shoot at the bad guys legs and arrest them.
Sneak in the gym, crawl behind the first guard and grab him and then kill him, next do the same down the hall, try to do this as much as possible, until a guard drops a gun, then pick it up and shoot, if unsuccessful, hide behind walls, when guards reload get closer to them and when the guards stop shooting run up and grab him and kill him if there is another guard about use the guard you have as a shield, repeat until one drops a gun

To shoot him, you have to press R3 in. Then go to his knee or some neutralizing spot and wait for the target to turn to blue. Then shoot he wiil fall down not back into the fun. Then you pick him up and interrogate.
