Where do you find the flamethrower?

A1:

There is no flamethrower

A2:

On the Spacestation - Abandoned Wreck level. Use Vela to complete Goldwood - Lodge to access Spacestation. Once there, don't use the lift yet - the Flamethrower is in the starting area. You just need to drop through holes in the floor and climb on crates to jump through the ceiling. Take all three characters to the chest to get the Flamethrower for everyone.
