How to capture rarebit?

A1:

Take out all of the mercs in the larger room. You can C4 the vehicle while you are at it. Stay out of the line of fire of Rarebit and her companion while you do it.

Then, switch to your less-lethal shotgun. Try to take the the other merc with Rarebit while staying out of the line of fire of Rarebit. Use the door frame or wall to shield you. Then go after Rarebit.

With the shotgun, you need to hit the merc several times before they surrender. Try to shoot as they get back up so that they don't have time to shoot back.

In Fire Team Bravo on the level with mansion where you have to capture some terrorist and then disarm the bombs, I cannot figure out what one of the crosstalk objectives is. I know that I need to capture the terrorist lieutenant, but it seems that there is another objective. Anyone know what it is? Also, what are the boxes stacked for? I can get to the top but I can't do anything else once I get there, such as get into the window. It would seem that since the boxes are there and that I can climb them, they must be there for a reason.

I completed the game but its says the characters and weapons are still locked(even though I did eveything that it tells you to do if you want to unlock them), do you know why?
