You find the key in angelas bar
When you find the dog character ( D E E G O ) then go back in the bar. the chest is in there. you must get it before the bar is burnt down. -Answer by:Sumner
Actually, you can get the Star key when Angela's bar is RE-Built after it's burned down. It is rebuilt after you visit a couple planets and come back for the 3rd ruins item.

You don't need any kind of boots! Just step into the thinking circle a second time and select the monography shot.

With great difficulty, and endless patience and fighting. Time to just spam your 1 ability to kill everything FAST and run away when the monsters are TOO finicky to deal with. This is easily the most aggravating part...but don't worry, when you get to the top, you then have to find your way back down! Fun Fun Fun.

What you not doing right is using your shield enough. block his attack when he.she first pops out then attack it about 6 hits then block again. it can kill you in 1-3 shots with good hp and if your blocking it takes atleast 10 shots for it to kill you

Use the Supernova attack and that should decrease it's health by alot.
Use monograph shot ..and jump above its... gotta lot of damage by doing this. XD

Grouptactic standback (use only 1 your best meelee char so your other chars wont get raped)

You dont have to beat the Early Drill Model with just Deego. I think you mean Gale, the purple haired dude. Guard against his gun and attack ONE AT A TIME. dont use combo unless he taunts u.
Or just use wunder howl it takes 800 off him eyche time
I believe that the part of the fight that you are referring to is the part of the fight with Gale when he is in the Early Model Drilling Rig. You do not have to fight him all alone because, at that point in the fight, both Jaster/Jester and Kisala/Kisara are in the fight with you. However, it is not an easy fight, even with them helping to beat this form of Gale with you. Still, with that being said, it is a cakewalk in comparison to the second part of the fight, where it is Gale by himself with no robot helping him and Deego. Here is the way that I had inadvertently found to beat Gale super easy in the game. All that you have to do is simply stand in the middle of the room. Also, before you begin this fight, did you notice something that was a bit odd about your Subweapon? Yes, it had a special message that read "Invalid Now." Well, what does that exactly mean to you? The answer is quite simple. It means that you have, gasp, INFINITE AMMUNITION, so what you now do is simply fill Gale with enough lead to make a radiation bunker and when he hides behind a rock, simply change directions a little bit and snipe him off a bit more and also be sure to not forget to block his bullets, just like the more conventional way of beating him in this fight, by using your RI button. In short, the R1 and Square buttons will become your best friends here. Sure, your patience might be tested by this much longer battle, but at least it is a battle that is plenty more in your favor than if you were to face him in the more conventional way.
Keep searching . I haven't even found them and I am complete . I would just keep searching .
I've gotten them all. It just takes time and a good memory to figure out where to find the objects needed to summon the quarries. I'm pretty close to the end of the game, though. So if you havn't been to "Eden" yet, then you may be out of luck for now. For example, you need a crystal staff for one quarry and I didn't find one until "Mother's Lair".

Well, my most obvious suggestion would be to head to the planet Zerard and go to the Galaxy Corporation and ask the lady that is in charge of the Quarry Hunts to give you some more of them to fulfill your list of requirements that MIO will give to you. (In fact, this is the only place that is in the entire game where you can get quarry hunts, unlike a similar system in Final Fantasy XII where there are more places to do a similar deed.) With that being said, it also pays well to a. have enough zehn to buy said Quarry Hunts and b. being armed with the right kinds of lures/items/weapons to attract the attention of the Quarry Hunt boss monsters. I am not sure how else to explain this to you but I can only add one more thing here. To access the Quarry Hunts lady in the Galaxy Corporation, simply go to the desk that is completely the opposite way from where MIO is located or where you see a red Shop "S" symbol on your miniature map screen. She should not be all that hard to find for you, too.

Stay away from the water, its "electric-shock-power" could kill you in one hit. Never get close to the monster for a long time (hit-distance-hit-distance-strategy), you can shoot it with your guns while you are away for an additional hit AND bring a lot of Healing & Reviving potion. =D -Answer by:ToXsKie
Stay on the land and use ur guns to shot the mudwhooper when all ur ammos are finished u shud get into the water when the mudwhooper starts to put the electric shoch get off the from the water
Just stay far away from it and shot at it with Lilika's arrows. It will take some time, but it willgo down eventually

You will find that it is fairly easy to get a Bombsnail Insector. (My 2nd Insector was a Bombsnail.)
All you have to do is go to the bend in the road just outside of Burkaqua Village on Juraika. Place an Insector I Trap on the side of the road with a Sanchez Fruit as bait. Repeat until you get the Bombsnail.
