There is a blue wagon wheeel thing and the 2-2 one is in water but stand on the land next to it and cry.. it will spin and a tube will come out the ground on the previous room.. do thiss om 2-3 aswell =) hopee its helpfull =)
Q:In hoos wood on level 2-1 I have 2 toads and I can see the third toad on the oppesite side of the wall but I cant get over there. How do I get over there? please help me it's been driving me nuts! i've tried all my vibes and nothing is working:( please help me! thanks

I think I know wich one you mean anyway at the begining of the level hit the "?" boxes and go up the thirs I think toad stool mushroomy tree thingyou will see the new boxes go across them and through the tube go right and through the first small tube and through that level and your under.
if thats not the one then try this
one the first bit go up the fist mushroom tree and on the left there is a ledge fly with your brolly or vibe and go up the tube now eat a few monsters and fly up thar you go !
Q:How do I get the toad in wavy beach 5-3? The little things keep attacking me and make me lose my flying?

If you mean the bit with the arrows and the bubbles that pull you down when you fly, I know what to do. Go to where the arrows take off-( to the right) fly to the highest one that's taking off and jump on it. it will carry you to the ledge where the bubble things are that pull you down. Jump off the arrow and go on your way! Hope it helps!
Q:You know the yellow blocks there are blue ones exactly the same but they are always below you how do you get through them? :s

What level are you talking about causei have no idea on what blocks you are talking about

there will be some bombs that fall out of the air. pick up a bomb and get right under bowser. when it blinks for its 5th time jump up and it will hurt his nose. keep doing this until you kill him.

Really you can hit him with the bombs the 5th-7th time they blink

HAPPY TO HELP! On the last scene before you beat level 2-2, you will see a wheel in the water. Cry on the wheel untill Peach exclaims "a loud noise has come from somewhere", then go back into the pipe ou came from. A new pipe should have merged! Go into that pipe and voila! a secret chamber and one toad!
Q:I've collected all of the toads so each of the worlds have stars and say 16/16, etc. But I'm still not allowed the fight Bowser. Was I supposed to collect or do something else? It's very frustrating.

This is a guess(im doing homework)but do you have all the power ups?also,try beating all the bosses again,and if that dosen't work try beating all the levels.Good Luck With Boweser,your guna need it!

You have to "Cry" and run hitting the ball, the ball hits the wall, breaking it down

Q:How do I get passed the Shriek Mansion on level 3-3?

Do you see that big boo in that cage? Jump under the ! box and let the boo out. Let the boo follow you till the boo reaches the light. The boo will fall down. Jump on the boo and go down the pipe.
