Unlock ALL Cars:
Press Circle, Square, Triangle, X(2), R1, R2, L1, L2.

Unlock ALL Tracks:

It is impossible to enter the cheat codes listed. Everytime you hit the triangle button the menu skips backwards which makes it impossible to enter the cheat codes.Any information would be helpful.
