Yes you can....but only when you pass 666 miles... after you pass 666 miles go to cheats and on the cheat.

In the garage menu, select "test track." Once there, hit the start button to go to the options menu. There you can scroll to "Tune Parts" where you can adjust spring intensity, shocks strength, brake intensity, ride height, and front and rear downforce.

Just drive safely and do not attract the cops or they'll be on your tail and you'll got heat on your tow car. Once you get there don't hesitate to steal the car, first you got to shoot the owner that talk to some guys in a sedan near the target car and then shoot the sedan. It will make them run away and make it a lot easier for you, or they'll be chasing you and try to ram you and your repo car, make a lot of damage and attract the cops

You cant unless you steal a car with its turn signal on you also have to have a tow truck to do that its really hard but you can drive a car with its turn signal on

Yes you can change your character and outfit, if you see someone walking and you would like to look the same as them all you have to do is go behind them and press R (xbox) there will be a small explosion and then you will look like the person. Warning, do not do that is the cops are near by because they will come after you and after you do change your character the cops will come to the spot where there was the explosion.

You can't turn on the blinkers on a car, only in Driver 1 or Driver 2. Since Driv3r you cant use blinkers. As far as I know, only AI cars can do it.

U gotta have exactly 666 miles
Once you have 666 miles go behind the person and bash them to change clothes
Once you pass 666 miles you must go to "settings" and go to "cheats" then turn on the "body snatcher cheat". After you have done that you can go behind someone and press R (xbox) to attack them and then you will look exactly like them. Warning - do not do this when cops are around because they will come after you but you can also become a cop if you can find one.
