Beat enough people. there is NO set person to beat. trust me, I beat Angel and unlocked performance level 1 BEFORE class A, and I also unlocked level 2 performance FOR CLASS A IN A MUSCLE CAR CLUB RACE! I don't know why but the game is just weird when you unlock class A(you get a ME-4-12 for beating by invitation only BUT you race against it IN THOSE CLUB RACES!).
You have to beat all the racers in san diego and all but 1 person(could be anyone. I restarted my game a lot) in atlanta has to be beat:D what i've done(about atlanta) is beat everyone but the guy in the blue evo. I just raced him, and lost every time, so I waited until I had a good enough car to beat them all. the good thing about that is that the evo is the slowest tuner in class C and the opponents was in the evo. too And THE CARS DO NOT CHANGE WHEN YOU FIRST RACE THEM! so the first race ended up being EASY because I was either in the saleen s7 or a ME-4-12 which is the 3rd(saleen) and 2nd(ME-4-12) fastest cars in the game!

If your talking about the first one, use the neon. it's the fastest car in class d. if anything else(c, or b) use the fastest car in that class. in class A, the fastest car(McLaren F1 LM) is waaaaay too fast to win at the 15th restart because you'd hit every wall in the race, so use either a sport bike or a saleen s7.
You need to put the camera on the bumper instead of behind because if you know your car good enough, you should know when to hit the brakes and the bumper camera helps you see exactly how close your car is to a turn. I saw that on youtube and decided to try it for myself and found that it works!
By saving up to 100,000,000 and if you have tons of cars you sell them but keep your best 1 for when either you want to or some1 else want's to race you.

A1 is right, only, the way I found them all is I just drove around in a fairly fast car(neon or lexus in d, elise in c, viper in b, and mclaren f1 lm(THE FASTEST CAR IN THE GAME!) in a). IT TOOK A while but I eventually found them all. there was this one in detroit in a building kind of a little north of the last road on the most southern part in detroit not in the old train track but the closest building to it(the one where the highway goes through) that I could NOT find but eventually found it by luck.:)
You don't have to beat ceasar, though he is the one who keeps popping up asking you to race, Roy will come up with a dodge viper and beat the amount of street racers with exotic cars and you'll get exotic cars. In other words beat any racer in Detroit until your amount of wins unlocks the exotic cars

No you dont a1, just go on your memory card, and delete the corrupt data. it will then strat you back at the second to last time you saved it. trust me. it works on all games

Oh my goodness a4,what do you mean?do you see a ''REMIX'' sign on the 300c in the garage?(my sister played this game and I got the 300c from this tournament then I got the cien and 16 in detroit)
Well, I raced in Midnight Club and did 2 tournaments which each gave me 1 car. So then I had 3 cars and the car I started was the best car I had and it was customized really good so I did not sell that. I earned up to 30,000 and then I sold both the extra cars and each of those cars sold for 30,000 so I had 90,000. So it is best to sell cars and race...a lot.
Look you have to beat the game like I did and you unlock it at the same time at the end of the game and when you look at your % you have it has to be 100% -Answer by:cheatkid2
Yah, and a2.... what do you mean by "what are 'camaros'"! they are a very common chevys! there are 2 classic camaros. an 81' and a 60's, but no modern ones.
Beat all Street racers " Vito, Vanessa, Roy etc, Win all tournaments and complete all of the club races. ( Club races are races where you have to drive a certain car or bike) Note: If you want to unlock that Cadillac class B car right before the class A bikes you need to beat all club races. If you got remix edition also beat all tournaments in Tokyo challenge!
I've got 100%. All you gotta do is beat all clubs, racers, tornuments, and all of the races in Tokyo.
ok the list for the best cars in classes are
best class D: Lexus IS300 or Infiniti G35 (mix between their poor handling)
best class C: sadly the Lotus Elise (bad top speed)
best class B: Dodge Viper (all time beast, just bad handling at 200+ mph)
best class A: Pagani Zonda ( beastly all around good car)
Well I was ricing with a 70 chivel and use rour and blasted him out of the way... suv's r so slow (its hard 2 out run them with a suv) so ya like they said agro
Use a fast enough car and outrun him. or just simply use the cheat ontheroad and your car will be undamagable! I use it a lot because it makes it easy.
