Check this out there is no best setup for an SR and four twelve but look I can give you a fairly good setup for an SR not four twelve you need 17'' rims Tire Profile of 2 Tire Width of 195mm Ride highth of 2 white wall tires Stock tires and if you want you can put stock exhaust it takes pressure off of your engine and another option you can put stock brakes if you think you can control the SR well enough
Go to otoins at the main screen after you select your game file. Then go down to cheat codes. Type in kubmir. This gives you $1 each time entered. Hit R2 and enter it into the first slot, and if you have auto fire feature, hit X, I think. If you don't have it, grab some tape and tape it down. Go watch some Tv and come back in a while and you'll have 999,999 cash, ormaybe it is $999,999,999! Trick out any car. And then if you want all of the cars enter Bigrider. I would also suggest you enter otheroad each time you play. ontheroad givs you invincibility so you never get totaled, and your car continues looking fresh!
I would have also asked that.I have 100%,Caddilac 16,all cities,all non-remix cars,all videos(think),beaten every street racer,won every tournament,all police cars and the police 1000,EVERYTHING and I still don't have the race starters OR police outfit.
If you get the first 12 you'll unlock the the flags with the rockstor emblem at the vinyls.
if you collect 12 more rockstar logos then you'll unlock the rockstar licenese plates.
and if you get the 12 last logos you'll unlock race starters as riders for choppers and sport bikes ^^

Get a chopper or muscle car, build up your roar meter, then when they get in front of you, activate roar to make them skid off the road. Note, they have to be close to you for this to work Submitted by: spyfreak
Buy a mclaren f1 lm(if you can as far as money and unlocking class A) or a saleen S7(i bought both, and found that the saleen is easier to drive). take the lead from the start(this ALWAYS works for me) and try to keep it. only hit nos when there's no corner in your path and make sure not much traffic is ahead of you and use when someone passes you(but make sure not much traffic is there and no corners in your path. or you could use a viper to beat him. that's what I beat him in last time. make sure you know how to control that car of yours before you take him on.

Beat the American Royalty Car Club, get the 68 Corvette that you won, and put it on level 2 performance parts. Note: This car powerslides and drifts very easily, so its roar meter will quickly fill up. Whenever a racer gets in front of you, activate roar and they will go skidding across the street. Note: They have to be right in front of you, or otherwise it won't work as well. For some fun in arcade mode racing, go to the cheat menu and type in hyperagro. Get this same car with the same performance parts. When a racer gets in front of you, activate roar and that person will go flying as if they had gotten shot out of a cannon. Race people. there is no set person to unlock performance or cars or city's! if you don't believe me, start a new career and race the same people in a different order. trust me, i have beaten this game like 5 times already and i know there is no set person for unlocking anything!

I tried the iownyoursoulwilldefeatyou cheat code,but it is too long to submit.Your best bet is to get the Game Shark/Code Breaker disk at Game Stop or a Game store.It only costs $20.Some stores do not have them though.

U guys are all wrong its the 70' chevy cheville you have to buy it and put every performance part it(at the highest level).even if you do this to the mclaren or the motercycles or any of the vehicles the chevy will still beat them trust me I beat the game and I have every vehicle in the game except for the scion and the hummer 3 ,my bro owns them in my garage.but all of them have the highest levels of performance parts and still nothing beats the chevy
You don't have to beat angle to unlock class A. Trust me, I beat her, and ended up unlocking the exotic club BEFORE class a! lol, class A makes the game weird(in exotic club, you win an ME-4-12 AND RACE AGAINST IT!).

Use dust-off. you can get it at wal-mart. just aim at the hard drive or the fan on the inside or where you put the disk in, and fire. eventually, it won't work:( that's why i'm stuck playing the dub edition:(
Maybe if you keep racing for city races and finally get to the point that the Pagani Zonda will be available to win. Use the Mclaren F1 to win the Pagani Zonda and then you can use the Pagani Zonda to win the Ferrari.
I used the mclaren f1 lm to win AND IT WORKED. by the way, I used the mercedes slr mclaren to get the zonda because I couldn't win in the mclaren and I won it too. by the way, your right when you say ferrari, because the gembella turbo coupe(2nd slowest exotic in class A) looks like a porsche, and it drives like a porsche, so why cant the game just call it a porsche? I have it and every time I drive it I forget the game calls it a gembella instead of porsche.
Get the mclaren f1 put all performance upgrades on it brake instead of powersliding corners cos the drivers crash alot for the city races use the aprilia mille factory all performance levels on it ignore these guys bout it not being a ferrari cos it is gemballa is a tuning company that tunes exotics a gemballa f55 is actually a ferrari f55 gemballa made special tuned ferraris that they called the gemballa f55 and the gemballa coupe is a porsche gemballa also tune porsches for example gemballa is like the 2 fast 2 furious camaro its a camaro but its a yenko camaro a specially tuned one off camaro tuned by yenko with the big block hemi in it you understand also the pagani zonda aint the best car the mclaren f1 is as the grip is outstanding also your best bet is to restart the game if you have sold your rides as you can use them to breeze through the game this is how I did the game got the rockstar logos in sandiego first beat vanessa unlocked the unbeatable street races used my modified eclipse to beat them eventually in sandiego I then won the tournament for the lexus I also had unlocked zone which you unlock with beating 3 usr races you also unlock special tuning parts for tuners I then beat carlos to be alowed access to american royalty beat them races with the chevy belair I won after beating carlos then beat bishop did there club races in the chrysler 300c I won from the balboa park tournament I then smoked phil in the chrysler 300 c got the firme custom cuevito hotmatch did the american chopper races for sandiego then finally beat vanessa on the 2 race with vanessa I had 30,000 by now cos I also do 3 city races after each street racer I smoked her went to atlanta did all the clubs id unlocked then won the tournament for the dubbed out escalade modded it beat dre finally beat the big playa races with it I had dough galore by now I unlocked agro for trucks I then smoked vito in the cuevito and then won the tournament to win the ducati won it then did the orginal riders races with it in sandiego and atlanta not detroit still aint unlocked then smoked street racers cheng lamont roy twice naomi with the ducati unlocked detroit smoked all the club races I had unlocked with great difficulty using the whips id got aint sold one at all so ive got loads of rides won the cars for beating the club races now I have a skyline aswell a mercedes benz a chevy corvette old model a kawasaki ninja then just beat the bad boyz tournament with the ultimate ride the kawasaki unbeatable with zone got the fleetline smoked street racers with the ninja till I unlocked the by invitation only club won the tournament for the cien with the kawasaki piece of piss locked up in my garage modded beautiful but not as fast as the kawasaki did the exotic club races with the cien got the me four twelve raced the other street racers including angel with the kawasaki so easy then was invited to the us champ series beat them all with my fully modified kawasaki all rides then cleaned up the final bit by wining the benzo tournament in sandiego tokyo just beat city races with all my rides mostly kawasaki unlocked all tournaments then used the right cars for the car class to enter won the tournaments with skill and some luck and finally got the zonda got the tokyo champ cutscene game completed jobs a good un hope this helped m8
