A1 and A2 are liars you win and become the u.s champ but if you are looking for cheats well nothing works and at the end you get a the fastest car in the game

Go to cheats menu and enter roadtrip. That will unlock all cities.
A8 is wrong roadtrip is for arcade only
Detroit is hard if you ask me I have all my cars at top speed and I still cant beat so if I were you I would save my money and get a better car

Get a 70 chevel for the highest and lonest wheeles
With bikes press L1 and back on the left analog stick

There is a racer in Atlanta you have to beat twice, (Roy, I think?) Then you can unlock Detroit.
Beat atlanta and when you get the atlanta cop car you can go to detroit

It depends wat car you got and far you r in the game and if you do more races you can unlock it. it is a bit obveas
Lower the rims to about 14" and increase the tire profile to 4 or 5 and lower the the rims again but to about 12" and once again increase the tire profile to 5 or 6
Mostly happens with m-cars that are fully upgrated

How do you get nos/nitrous in midnight club 3 for PlayStation 2? please help.

You need money. when you have that you go into the garage. you go into customize vehicle and go into the performance shop. Then go under the engine tab. Scroll through till you find nitrous. There are three levels to unlock
You do races and then you have to buy them and it really works
Buy nos idiot go to porformance then to engiane 2 over and buy it level 1 cost 2100dollars
Go to the garage enter onbody shop click nitrous and there are diffrent levels level 2 is 4 nitrous and they are a lot longer you can even use them all in a race
Progress up a fair way then a movie will come saying ''Time For A Little Nitrous''.Visit the Performance Shop to stock 'em up.

No you cant get carbon fiber the only things you can mod on a class A is the rims
Every time you go to hoods click style then once done with that click material and it will have carbon fiber.

The 1970 chevelle it is the perfect blend of speed an torq with wide tires(355 mm) in the back and 255 mm in the front
Ya the chevelle although I disagree with the front tire it should be 195 makes the car look better and faster your back tires great though
The 69 charger with level three every thing you can have then 355 tires in the back then 215 in the front
The chevi impala 96 {like police car} is the best muscle it only get 200 mph but it's ok if you know how to drive it

Statistically speaking, the Gemballa GT 750 (class B) is the best. However, you can't tune it, and it cost 360,000 dollars. The only time you'll probably use a truck/suv is for the big playas. You should get a dodge ram or chevy silverado.

The way I see it the gemballa has 2 vehicles the gt 750 and the only preformance upgrades it allows is the nos just like the exotics

Make sure that you dont have a weele bar on your car : hold hand brake and x/a when then you stop holding the hand brake keep hold of x/a all so when you stop holding the hand brake hit the noz.....please note this is for psp ps2 ps3 and xbox

then make your tires as small as possible.

now go to rear dimensions. make your rear tire as large and wide as possible.

Check this out there is no best setup for an SR and four twelve but look I can give you a fairly good setup for an SR not four twelve you need 17'' rims Tire Profile of 2 Tire Width of 195mm Ride highth of 2 white wall tires Stock tires and if you want you can put stock exhaust it takes pressure off of your engine and another option you can put stock brakes if you think you can control the SR well enough
Who cares what it looks like save up for better cars

Race venessa and carlos and luxery sudan races then buy cars trick them out and they wll sell for more money
Go to otoins at the main screen after you select your game file. Then go down to cheat codes. Type in kubmir. This gives you $1 each time entered. Hit R2 and enter it into the first slot, and if you have auto fire feature, hit X, I think. If you don't have it, grab some tape and tape it down. Go watch some Tv and come back in a while and you'll have 999,999 cash, ormaybe it is $999,999,999! Trick out any car. And then if you want all of the cars enter Bigrider. I would also suggest you enter otheroad each time you play. ontheroad givs you invincibility so you never get totaled, and your car continues looking fresh!

I would have also asked that.I have 100%,Caddilac 16,all cities,all non-remix cars,all videos(think),beaten every street racer,won every tournament,all police cars and the police 1000,EVERYTHING and I still don't have the race starters OR police outfit.
R logos dont work I have 'em all and I still dont have the main thing
Collecting all 32 Rockstar Logos get you BOTH the Race Starters and the Police riders.
