How do I open the window in the bathroom on the first level? I am missing something but I don't know what it is?

Im in the temple church and I have the pieces for the knights shield but I cant solve the puzzle code for the tombs of the unknown knights? do I have notes for it?

A1:

Place the pieces of metal shards onto the shield, then turn around and there are 4 effigys/tombs to your right go to the one closest which is the only one that states a name and when the puzzle comes up put in RICHARD, if your unsure which one then type it in all of them till you get the right one this will solve the puzzle then you have to put RICHARD into the cryptex that you are holding this will then take you to the next level.
