There are 12, 4 per dungeon, the dungeons are at fort raven, euridika and lake luminoso, the lake one is hard to find though, go left from vision ranch and look carefully.

You have to finish off all the 32 trot style fighters to unlock deathmatch mode located inside the battle mode option on the main title screen. then complete the deathmatch mode by killing all 32 fighters in a row. PLUS it gives ya some extra goodies! :)

She is in the seagul beach but you need to do step first.TALK TO THE FOLLOWING FIRST:
Marjoram - In Garland. He's in the food shop next to the Lobster Inn.
Fennel - He's inside the ballroom of Station Hotel in Garland, which is across the street from the Riverside hotel.
Rosemary - In Eurydika. Coriander's mother is in the house where you last left her. If you were Bloody Mantis and skipped the quest, this is the town where you go to kidnap Coriander and wipe Basil's nose across his butt in trot battle.
Dr Nutmeg - At Vision Ranch. Fight his trot garage while there. If you fight it already, you will not have to undergo this fight again.
Basil - In Nefroburg. The Four-Eyed Loser is north of the station, in one of the tunnels leading to the industrial yard. Ginger is there in the daytime. Basil will direct you to the next door neighbour.
Echinacea - In Nefroburg. The next door neighbor to Connie's old house will only appear if the above people are found and talked to.
After all these people are talked to (not necessarily in order), you find Coriander at Seagull Beach. Challenge Coriander to a fight once you find her, or you will not unlock her trot in the trot battle mode (the extra mode on the main menu). If you miss challenging Coriander to a trot fight in "Year After" mode, you can keep playing. Reload an earlier game before finding Coriander (but finished the game), do the sidequest (fight her) and save that game to a different slot. Coriander will be unlocked in trot battle.
Finally, if you take Coriander back to Eurydika, she will visit her mother. If you feel like travelling solo, tough luck. You cannot leave without Coriander if you board your trot. -Answer by:stevefox

You have to talk to all of the globetrotters and rosemarry before you can talk to the neighbor at night

First you must go talk to mr.peregrien in hayabusa mill.then go to the neuhafen and park your trot.There are machine plans you can take from a hooker in Neuhafen. Look for her on foot in the Port Motors garage (fenced area). Take the plans to Peregrine at Hayabusa mill. Pass time and offer to turn on the machines for him.
Once this is done, you can make this powerful frame. Take a unit of steel (commodity) and un-equip your Normal Arm. Go to the Killer Elephant Gang base and talk to the first red guy on the catwalk. He will offer to combine the materials into a unique arm frame.
If you need an extra Normal Arm, buy it from the Killer Elephant Shop downstairs. Steel is sold by the big guy at GTW Company in Garland. He will be standing outside near a stack of steel beams.

When yur in nuehafen, on the left corner of the screen thers a list of places you can go, scroll down & you will find -vision ranch-

Actually its when your in nefroburg that youll find the exit for vision ranch
Whatever, just go save money, buy every thing, find every part, do whatever you feel like, after you find connie its just a free roam game
Do the side-quest to unlock another place, frames, things, plate, and of course uroch. for example: meme village, battle of the hotel, red dress rosetta,etc...
