How do you get though the course when you need to kill bowser the 3 time explain?

A1: 
Try to backflip on the first spining thing but if you reach bowser the second time you throw him into a mine he will stop the areana into a star shape and then spin him realy fast and hope for the best

Go on the sun carpet in the room you first came in at the start and look up by pushing x till you can frelly move the camara

You be luigi and get his power from the block out on the balcony then you jump through the boo painting

You dont have to use keys, just jump into the water and press b or a to swim. You can dive down with the up arrow and swim up with the down arrow

Deafet bowser for the second tine he blowes up into a key that is the key to the 3rd floor

I assume you are useing Luigi when you should be using Mario. After that, just fly & when your near the platform pound-ound to it.

Take the Luigi and take a flower from the red box in the course and the Lugi will be invisible . Go on the wall and you will find the stairs ...
I dont know either I just walk around on the 2nd floor and then I find it.
If you go to the third floor in the castle there is a door that dips into the wall, go through it and you shold be there.
On the thrid floor go in the dorrs untill you find the one with the mirror in it get lugi and there should be flower power on the white thing get it walk through the mirror then jump into the warrio picture PS in the back of the mirror there is a door wlak into it and there is a star on the other side your game did not brake when the backround is white

Its not a bomb omb.its a chain chomp and you ground pound the post thats makes him stay in that area 3 times.
Go on the wood pole that holds him down then ground pound that three times
First play as luigi hit the ? block it is not a wing it is a power flower (power flowers make mario float, luigi turn invisible and go through walls including that gate, sorry about spelling, and make wario metal so he can walk underwater) I have the game myself and need help with somthing also but you would need action replay to answer that question sorry if you dont
