Go to Gameplay options, then turn off auto sub in order to continue to play with your starting lineup.
Because your proly in preseason
In the 4 preseason games this will happen automatically so that your back ups get some playing time and have a chance to progress. At the end of the 4 weeks of preseason games you will have the chance to check your players progression - if you give your back up players more time on the field they should progress more and their stats improve.

A1:

I'm not sure, but I think you can put your created players on your team if you go to franchise and fantasy draft. But I'm also trying to figure it out.
A2:

Go to team type and scroll down until you see fantasy then pick your players -Answer by:schmutz99
A1:

At the end of the season when you head into owner mode (following the All-Pro game), you will get to hire new staff and set ticket prices for your stadium, etc. You can also upgrade your stadium or rebuild your stadium. If you rebuild your stadium you get to do design it from the cookie-cutter designs that are included in the game. It will be ready for action at the end of the following season. If you play in your new stadium but don't like the look of certain parts of it, you can then renovate it, making the changes you want for lower cost than re-building a totally new set of stands. It's not possible to renovate the pre-existing stadia in franchise mode (at least I've never seen the option available to edit any of them, no matter how old they are).
A1:

You have to do extremely well in the NFL combine. Then, come time for the draft, see how well they think you did.
A1:

Go to fantasy and edit roster then hit R1 or R2 to scroll to his positoin then find his name and hit X -Answer by:schmutz99
A1:

If you want to edit one then go to rosters, then view roster, the switch teams until you find the team that has the W.R. that you want to edit. Select the W.R. you want to edit, then when you see the option "atributes" when you have the W.R. that you want to edit selected, click "atributes". Then increase the speed, brktackle, catching, ect.
If you want to create one, in the main menu select features, go to create a player option. then change his apearence and atributes. that is how you do it.

How do i manually controll kicking game in madden 07? no matter what i do it is always automatic!
Question from: robmarco964(1)
A1:

The only thing I can think of that could be causing this is that you have the EAsy Play enabled and within that, you have the kicking assistant option on. Switching off EAsy Play or disabling the kicking assistant option should allow you to manually control your kicking game within Madden 07.
A1:

Look for the best available players for the positions you need to fill on your roster. You can check out holes in your roster by going to the Roster Breakdown page. You should also look out for players on your roster who have just a year left on their contracts. These players can be traded away for draft picks when the season starts again if you draft a replacement for them.
You can make a simple list of needs, (e.g. If you needed a Wide Receiver, two Offensive Tackles, a Middle Linebacker and a Strong Safety you simply note down "WR, OTx2 MLB, SS") and then scout players to fill these positions.
If there aren't the players you need in the draft, (say you're looking for a starting MLB but the best MLB in the draft is a 3rd round talent with a poor 40 time), you can scrub that pick from your list and pick up a player in Free Agency or via a trade instead.
If a really great player drops to you in the draft, don't be afraid to take them even if you don't have an immediate need for them on your roster. You can always trade away a highly paid veteran player in favour of a good rookie.

When you're in your apartment, go to the computer and open up the depth chart. Move your wide receiver up the chart to a starting spot and you will now get much more playing time. If you find your team is running the ball a lot (AFC West teams are notorious for running the ball), you can always ask your agent for a trade and see who picks you up.
I like blitzes but they don't always work, depending on what the offense has chosen. But on every play, I always make my safeties and corners drop back and my DB's fake their coverage by using the coverage audible screen. Sometimes I use the "Show Blitz" control (also in the coverage audible screen) to fake a blitz.
I prefer the Pats Pats 3 Blitz against a sucky offensive team.
Engage eight
If you are using the eagles or the eagles defensive playbook the best play is in dime flat. It is called zone blitz.
Try the 46 Bear defense, and if the play is a pass hit up on the right stick to commit and if it's a run hit down on the right stick.... it should work every time
I use renagade
Select ask madden and choose that one it always works
I use zip shoot gun. its a blitz\zone coverage so it usualy covers everything.
It depends largely on who you're playing with and against. I use the Denver Broncos but with Mike Nolan's defensive playbook (based on the 3-4 formation). The players on staff fit the system pretty well and it's easy to augment those areas that need strengthening with free agents (I usually pick up a faster MLB to play alongside Al Wilson although Nate Webster will get you through ok if needs be).
The 3-4 can work well against the run, especially outside runs and screens due to the mobility of the linebackers over defensive linemen. It's generally weaker against runs up the middle as the linebackers tend to get flattened by offensive linemen moving up to the second level so I generally play as either of the safeties to move up and plug the gaps. Playing as safety in the 3-4 also means you're in better position to cover anything over the top, particularly following play-actions.
You have to think about who you're playing against though. Against the Colts you're going to have to play a lot of nickel, dime and quarter formations as Peyton Manning likes to stretch the field. Teams like the Ravens and Chargers rely on their running backs a lot and will run on you, throwing in play-action passes to keep you guessing.
It just takes a bit of game time to get used to. Play a season of franchise mode and you'll start to get to grips with things.

When guys are coming at you use the highlight stick and they will fly over you.
A2:

As the 1st answer says, you use your truck stick (R3). What your player does, depends on his agility and awareness. Some backs will duck, some will back-step to avoid tackles, others will try to spin or power through tackles. Quarterbacks will duck challenges automatically depending on their awareness, agility, assigned roles and the defender's abilities.
You can!
You have to pick him up under free agency
Go to My Team option in franchise mode, select create a player and create the player you want there. Once the player is created they are automatically assigned as Free Agents so you have to visit the Free Agents page to sign them to your franchise. Be careful if you play with a salary cap as you may not have room to add a 99 Ovr player once you've created them. You also can't remove a player once they've been signed by another team (You can only delete created players in franchise mode when they are free agents).
A1:

Make your player on free agents then make your team type a fantasy type an pick him from the free agents screen.l
Ya go to your computer then to depth chart and make yourself the starter
Or you can go to agents office and look down the menu and complain about your coaches or if its there click I dont get any playing time or somthin like that
In your apartment-go to the computer-click on depth chart-click x when it pops up-then find your players name, click it.The next game you will be playing on the field
Get a worst team

A1:

You dont
You cant
You cant you can control how much your salary caps for players by thier ratings
You could but you would take all your players ratings down and then but them back up worked for me but you can olny do that for one year
It is very easy to control your salary cap, depends on what level of realism you want to keep in the game you bought and own. It is easy to sign big stars with high overalls but editing them to their worst position, then signing them, then editing them back to normal position.
A1:

You go to my madden in the main menu and press madden codes then enter these codes
PRO9PH #282 All AFC Team (Gold)
RLATH7 #283 All NFC Team (Gold)
PRO9PH #282 All AFC Team (Gold)
RLATH7 #283 All NFC Team (Gold)
When you're on defence, and you're asked to pick a play, you should see the offence's line-up detailing how many WR, TE, RB are taking to the field. If you see 3 WR pick a nickel package, etc.
On offence, you really only need to learn to read the coverage and the blitz. You can do this by shifting your receivers and watching how the defence adjusts. If you notice any backs that don't follow the receiver or shift their coverage, they're generally going to blitz so you can slide your pass protection to that side to pick up the rusher.

If you notice any backs that don't follow the receiver or shift their coverage, they're generally going to blitz so you can slide your pass protection to that side to pick up the rusher.
You have to look at the bottom of the screen where it says how many TE or WR or RB there are, the more of one position there is the more chance of you picking a play that will stop the defence.
As A1 says, on defence you can pick your defence based on what set of players the offence is sending onto the field. This is a reactionary way of defending but it ensures you can match up well against what the offence does.
You can also play defense situationally, picking formations and plays based on the down, yardage, scoreline and time remaining. In short yardage situations with the scores close and plenty of time on the clock, the CPU will usually try to run so you can pick formations that are designed to stuff the run up the middle or the flat pass. In games where the CPU is trailing and there's little time on the clock, they'll usually try to air the ball out so you can play in prevent and blitz schemes to defend the pass. Basically you set your stall out given the present situation and make the offence try to cope with you.
However you defend, the best thing to do is to mix it up. Even if you like to sit on the safeties and just react to whatever the offence does, if you throw in a few blitzes instead of playing 2-man under all game you might find that you force the QB into making more mistakes. The AI in 07 isn't amazing - there are certain blitzes that work every time, especially against the 4 and 5 WR sets. The CPU doesn't adjust to them at all and your defensive ends and safeties can wrack up the sacks at a totally unreal rate.
On offence it's again all about the situation. The defense will expect you to do certain things in certain situations. You will see this if you go into a 3 WR 1 RB formation on first down, the defence will more often than not, still be in a standard 4-3 or 3-4 set up, waiting for the run. You can mess with the AI by throwing on running downs and running on throwing downs, using the mismatches in order to pick up the yards.
Using motion helps to sniff out and nullify blitzes. If you see a back out in the flat who isn't covering a receiver, he's usually going to blitz. A way to stop him from blitzing is to shift a receiver or audible into a running play. If you see the safeties coming up to the line they're more than likely going to blitz so you can audible to a quick passing play such as a slant pattern, or you can run to the other side of the line.
Like A1 says, a season in franchise mode, you should be seeing patterns in offence and defence and have favourite plays to deal with almost every situation.

It takes almost an entire season to get a new agent. I was a wr with 37 td in the 7th game. I got a new agent when I had 56 tds and a 16-0 record. just keep doing good
You cannot get any other agent if your a rookie you get him after the offseason of the first season if you check
You get an agent alot faster with a egative ego. Keep going to your agent and talkin trash alot. Just be careful to not overdue the "complain about my coaches" option because they WILL cut you! I went from fresh out of the draft to 3 different agents in less than a superstar mode week!
I'm a runningback in the mode and though 8 games I got a new agent after 5000 yards and 57 tds
You just wait to the off season then use your agent dictionary on your computer agents will hire your cocky player
Im sorry but everyone on here plays on a low level. Try a hard level and do good you dont need great stats you just need to be a player that puts his team first not him
A1:

3500 rush yds
Middlelinebacker
Head back because if you hall of fame daddy it will be easy to rack up yards and feet
Qb because it helps get the orange thing up
QB your stats will just sky rocket up!hi mom!:)
A1:

You have to complete your junior or senior year and it will show something like pro draft and and you could chose if you want to go to pro or senior year and if your a senior at the end of the season you will see "graduation" then your legend will get imported
