When Getting your info from agency push start to select weapons mode, select a highlighted weapon in your custom weapons list. Select available upgrades then press square to accept upgrades otherwise if you exit out with triangle or other method they go back to default.

But to get the elephant rifle from the gun rac to the ICA box, you got to disgiuse 47 as a gaurd. Go outside to the back and find the guard HQ. Go to the room with the crates stacked in the center of it, then once a gaurd walks in, kill him quietly, take his clothing, and the rest is up to you.

First of all, it's not easy! You have to do nothing but sneak. For a guard uniform, just sedate the person and hide the body good! Avoid camera crews and cameras themselves. Be very patient and save, if you can, often.

First you have to find 'Agent Smith', he is in the 'medical wing' in one of the cells. All you have to do is kill one of the guards in white, take his 'cell key' and use it to unlock the cell, once you enter you talk with agent smith and get the option to 'sedate' him. Job Done

Get all the upgrades possible for your guns then select your best ones and kill every one.

Most of the people you need to kill (red targets) are on the top deck. 1 or 2 are on the other levels of the boat. Use your map to look for them. You need to kill them. Then get a gator outfit and go to the top floor. Kill 'em all, then run to the exit. You'll get a bad rating but at least you complete it.
The best thing is right when you start the level go to the left walk to the left up the stairs a guard will come out take him as a shield then knock him out once you do do inside and throw him over the RIGHT rail first then do the same to another guard to the LEFT rail. What happens? all the people act like zombies and try to punch you even the guards don't use their guns. Trust me its as fun as hell!
This works pretty much perfectly on normal (but no SA or nothin, just mabye professional) in the start go straight up the stairs in front of you and head to the right side untill you reach the circular thing on the side of the boat. jump over that railing and across the gap infront of the circle and wait infront of the circle for the guard on your level to go inside and a target on the level above you to leave the kitchen. once that target leaves, go in the kitchen, sedate the 1st class waiter, take his clothes and dispose, take the kitchen knife he drops and put in the cake (optional), poison the cake, and head upstairs to the targets' lounge. make sure you have no guns on you or its in the cake becasue thers a target who searches you b4 lettin you in the lounge, once your in put the cake on the fat lard's desk, leave the room, when no one is watching poison a bottle on the table by the door in the lounge that 1 of the targets drinks, when skip (fat lard) dies go into the room next to his office to get the parcel from the safe and leave that room by pickin the lock on the opposite wall you came in from. kill the guy you saw at the entrance of the lounge who searched u, move him out of sight on the right side of the entrance when facing it from the outside. go back downstairs once all targets are dead upstairs. head into the dining area where there is a party goin on, head into the 3rd floor hallway where there are all the individual rooms. in the middle of the hall is a target makin out with a girl. after some time, that target will go outside and lean off the railing (push him off or poison/throw him off). unless I missed someone, there should be only 1 guy left who is in the engine room (head to the stairs that go to the guards HQ and go to the opposite end of that hallway to get to the engine room). I never really gave much thought to this guy because its hard to isolate him so I just wait until he is in between 2 large pillar-like things in the engine room and the engineers are busy doin whtever so I can kill the target, after killin the last target in the engine room, its an easy walk to the escape boat. I am not guaranteeing a good rating, im just guaranteeing a decent one

First equip the fibre wire. The best way to do it is headbutt the person (R1 in front of them) then walk round back of them and fibre wire them. It still counts as a fibre wire kill. Only do it when theres no one else around. Works 99% of the time.

You can 1911 in the level Amendment XXV and requiem in Amendment XXV you have to kill the janitor to get the 1911 and in requiem you have to kill everyone and find who has it.
I don't think you can keep it, but I found in Amendment XXV Mark Parchezzi III has it

Hold R1 behind your target, release when you are right behind them. 47 will strangle the target. make sure noone is near as the target makes a noise
You hold R1 and you should be ducking. good. now sneak behind and touch the person's back. you should eitherstrangle them or crack their neck.
