Once you have talked with the leader of the rogues about trying to save Hyuga and Maya. he tells you it will be impossible without some shield. you the get told to go back to the colony and find out how to get this shield. how do you have to talk to.?

After you talk to Tylor (leader of the rogue), you need to go to neudaiz and go to communion of Gurhal. After that light master Rutsu decline you request and you need to return to guardian colony and go to guardian barrack. after that the video, you will be able to use Tylor spaceship.
