Q:How do you unlock the question box and the wings for Mario?

To unlock the red boxes, go inside the castle. YOU MUST HAVE 15 STARS TO DO THIS. There is a light shining from above. When you walk into it and press A or B, it says, "Mario... Up here... Mario..." Look into the light with X. You will be Winged Cap Mario and will start flying immediately. Fly down to the island in the middle of the level and jump on the big red button. Don't worry, there's no nukes here. It will unlock all red boxes and Mario's Winged Cap. To exit the level, jump off the stage. You won't lose and lives.

You must beat the first bowser world look up to the light (face the stairs) go down to platform ground pound switch and there you have boxes

Go to test map 2 then it will be right in front of you

In the middle of the main hall in the catsle look up and be mario and jump on the swich.

When you have 14 stars (or maybe 15) go onto the sun just inside the catle. you will start flying, but when you are above the tower press R and you will fall. Ground pound the red swich.
After getting 16 stars go into the main hall, press x and look up at the sun on the roof. You'll get transported into a level where you are flying. Land on the tower in the middle and jump on the red switch. All the red boxes will become solid.

Get 12 stars then look up at the beam of light

touch y and down at the same time and then you get the wings and jump on the middle platform

There is 120 course stars and 30 secret stars. If you get a stradegy guide for the game, it might tell you how to get all of them. Also if you get all 150 stars and fight Bowser the last time, he'll say something different.

Go up the stairs and the first door on the right wall, go to where the ? box is with mario and float up you'll see the door.

Go upstairs, and go on the door on the far right. You'll see a power flower box. Hit it with Mario, and now press a rapidly, until you've reached the ledge. Now go through the door, and now you've seen a Luigi painting! All you have to do is listen to the Big Boo's laughter. If you go into the boss room face up to the mirror. Now face the big boo, and he will lend you the key, after the fight.

You have to be mario. you could go get the luigi hat if you wannt and put it on. now you are luigi. the go to the front then enter the door. go up the stairs. then go to the door waaayyy to the right. then you will see a ? box. if you got the luigi hat just go to where the ? box is and back jump to get on the floor above you. if you are still mario get the power flower and float to the floor above. then go into the door. then you should see a picture of luigi. go inside the picture of luigi get into the last room defeat king boo get the key for luigi and save luigi. hoped that helped.

Complete the 1st level. On the second level you notice stairs in the middle. Climb up the stairs and go through the door on the far right. Jump on the table, and now you notice a ledge up there. Grab the power flower as Mario and float up there. Go through the door and... Luigi's picture! If your wondering what the 2 doors are for, its for Big Boo's Balcony level 5, and in the boo picture you need luigi, grab the power flower, triple jump, go through the boo pic, and there will be a giant eye. circle around it when it stares at ya. Go through the luigi picture. Listen to the big boo's laughter. When u'r in the boss room, u'll see a miror. Face up to the miror and... face the big boo.

Go to the top floor all the way to the right there is a door that leads to a haunted library then go all the way around and jump on the top, then left then right book (either that or top, right left but top is first) then go through that door then go to where the red block is and turn around. do a triple or wall jump onto the platform above. go through the door and jump in luigis picture. but when you enter the painting thats where it gets hard. -Answer by:yoshi764
Sometimes first you see a rabbit, and then when you go back into the room...it's glowing.

They are where the regular rabbits are but they appear at random. for me there was 3 glowing rabbits in the room tall tall mountain is in with mario getting them. 1 or 2 downstairs where lethal lava land is. and the rest on the top floor of the castle where rainbow cruise is and the one with the clouds and all the rest are outside. but it varies. -Answer by:yoshi764

If you mean wing place. Then ok. After getting 12 stars you'll see a beam of light. Press a or b, then somone will say Mario, up here. Grab Mario and look up using x. You'll be in a place called ? switch. Go down to the castle and hit the switch. Ps you NEVER EVER lose lives. Thank god. lol.
It's walrigi and there probaly is no cheat because there is no walrigi unless you have 150 power stars and both actionreplay and gameshark only give you up to 120 power stars so you still have to get the secret stars

I found a site that has a way that might be bogus but it has somthing to do with your coin records adding up to 2401, losing all of the characters hats, and the mirror room where you unlocked wario. I would suggest google searching for more info.
I'm not sure if there is any codes, but I saw a website that said you can get him by getting all 150 stars and "being the fastest foot-racer around." Then you're supposed to hit a purple switch and then beat the "Rabbit king". Then you get the key to his room. Even though they show Waluigi in gameplay and a chain chomp wearing his hat, I still don't believe this.

Rumor's say, Waluigi isnt in the game. But he is. To prove it here's some advice. Everybody knows the 2-d box rumor. k. But if you happen to break it, it makes a strang vortex in the Princes peach painting outside. Go inside. Now you'll be in a secret room. (much like the miror room on the top floor. Among inside the miror there will be a Waluigi painting. (I thing you must be Mario, Yoshi, or Wario.) But you need Luigi. But you'll see a goomba, with a Luigi cap on. Kill it, and get the cap. Now you can get a power flower. Grab it and go through the miror. Congrats, now you can go inside the Waluigi painting. Now there will be 2 rooms. 1 is the room that holds Waluigi, and the other has the key. Grab the Mario cap first, and go through the key door. Now it's pitched black. Use Mario's famous wall kick to get up there. You'll see a chest. Open it with R. (i think its r) Now you've gotten the Waluigi key. Go to the room with Waluigi's symbol. CONGRAGULAITOINS! You've unlock Waluigi. You'll return to the cortyard. But..... the courtward is compleatly smurged with water. Except the tip. Swim up there. Now there is a red box, with a different location. Hit it and Waluigi has thunder powers. Go on the very tip and press whatever you need to press, and hold it as the water goes down. Now the door that holds that star, will now be Waluigi's door. And that 2-d box isn't there. I found this on a cheatcode thing. MUST HAVE 150 STARS!

First you need Wario. then pick #4 on dire dire docks. swim wario down to where boswers sub used to be. blue rings should be coming out of a hole in the ground. swim up to where the question box is and jump up into it .you should turn metal.float down and walk to the circle dont move after five rings a star will appear.jumpup to getit.

First go to tiny town and go to the top of the mountain where there is water, ground pound that and the water should drain, then use one of the portals around and you will end up in huge town go back up to the top of the mountain and go do the hole you just made.

Go to Tiny-Huge island. First you must be in the tiny island. Next, clamb up untill thre is water on the ground. Ground pond the water. Now that music will play. Like when you free chain-chomp. Its that music. Now you'll see there will be no more water. (wont wiggler be hopping mad. LOL) Now use the warp pipe into the huge island. Climb up, and go through that square. You'll have to face wiggler. Jump on his head 3 times, then he'll give ya a star
