Be luigi and go where the luigi picture is but dont go in the go to the door and the big boo will be there kill him or dogdge him and get the power flower and go back in and go in the boo like picture and do the same thing when you kill an eye.
Q:How do you unlock the question box and the wings for Mario?

To unlock the red boxes, go inside the castle. YOU MUST HAVE 15 STARS TO DO THIS. There is a light shining from above. When you walk into it and press A or B, it says, "Mario... Up here... Mario..." Look into the light with X. You will be Winged Cap Mario and will start flying immediately. Fly down to the island in the middle of the level and jump on the big red button. Don't worry, there's no nukes here. It will unlock all red boxes and Mario's Winged Cap. To exit the level, jump off the stage. You won't lose and lives.

You must beat the first bowser world look up to the light (face the stairs) go down to platform ground pound switch and there you have boxes

Go to test map 2 then it will be right in front of you
A4:
In the middle of the main hall in the catsle look up and be mario and jump on the swich.
A5:
When you have 14 stars (or maybe 15) go onto the sun just inside the catle. you will start flying, but when you are above the tower press R and you will fall. Ground pound the red swich.
After getting 16 stars go into the main hall, press x and look up at the sun on the roof. You'll get transported into a level where you are flying. Land on the tower in the middle and jump on the red switch. All the red boxes will become solid.

It's walrigi and there probaly is no cheat because there is no walrigi unless you have 150 power stars and both actionreplay and gameshark only give you up to 120 power stars so you still have to get the secret stars

I dont think you can. But I think while I was searching on the internet I saw that the only way to get waluigi is to hack.

I found a site that has a way that might be bogus but it has somthing to do with your coin records adding up to 2401, losing all of the characters hats, and the mirror room where you unlocked wario. I would suggest google searching for more info.

All you have to do is get wario and smash the ice, then get luigis hat from the goomba cuz hes the fastest, then press the switch star button and use wind coming up from the sky to get back on land then run as fast as you can to get the star

First you need Wario. then pick #4 on dire dire docks. swim wario down to where boswers sub used to be. blue rings should be coming out of a hole in the ground. swim up to where the question box is and jump up into it .you should turn metal.float down and walk to the circle dont move after five rings a star will appear.jumpup to getit.

Use Yoshii and eat the fire thats near it and use that to melt the iice. its easy =]

You have to be Yoshi, you just lick the fire by pressing a and he'll hold it in his mouth then just press a again in front of the ice to melt it with his fire breath.

First, unlock Wario. Then go to the file select screen. DON'T CHOOSE A FILE YET. Look at top screen at Peach's castle.See the tree? Look just above that and you see a gray square. I've heard you have to be Wario and jump up where the black box should be and punch the wall to break it.
Sometimes first you see a rabbit, and then when you go back into the room...it's glowing.
