The government labratory is in the basement across from the volt and its where when you find a alien in the desert a mummified alein with your medal detector you bring it back to the labratory and disect it for its organs for money and momma hogs rooom is in the saloon builiding by the dance floor is a door to the left go in and turn right and your in mamma hogs room

Kk, when you freeze him you use the top button, that part is easy, the next one is kind of tricky, the moment you freeze the target, click and hold on the second button, and move it for side-to-side to aim at the target, when the character is pointed directly at him let go, then you kick the guy and done.

Unfornately this part sucks, cus you have to wait for them to spawn at certain location, time, and day. Check the walkthroughs for it, and I think it's like 2 mech skill a day, none on sunday. hope that helped :)
Hi I don't have ALL the answers to your three questions but...
1.)You first speak to the Mummy guy then you must find a brand iron ok
so you go to Jebediah S. Jerky he tells you about how he helped the mayour out of prison with the Brad Iron so you go to the jail and on the the desk in front of the gut is his keys there is the Brand Iron so go back to the mummy guy again and he tells you to go to the Bova Shrine and smash the big statue well go up to the statue and you will know what to do!
3.)You made a tiny mustake buying the rat cave cause Tristan Legand gives it to you later anyway go to the freeze is oposite the Bova Shrine beside it is a bunch of lockers run into them and you found the Rat Cave!
Get mechanical 5 and then hack in his room and steal them. Try between 6 and 8 p.m because at that time he isn't in his room for changing his batteries. When you arrive at his room at another time he'll kick you out of his room :)
About the helicopter, did you get a call from one of your guests saying "i can't believe you don't have a helicopter pad! what am I paying for?!"
Because that's just one of those silly calls that you can just ignore.

Go to the 2nd floor lobby then you will be able to hack into the elevator and you will be taken to the penthouse. do it between 6:00pm and 10:00pm so alfred wont send you back to the managers suite
