You have to add another manager and play as a game on the side to your club, esentially you'll be two different people but it's the only way to do it halfway through.
Just go to 'manager status' in the bottom left options menu (the grey button with the white stirpes) and then choose the 'add new manager'

4-3-2-1 formation is great with robinho and c.ronaldo behind adriano they get 120+ goals a season

2-2-6. put 2 defenders on halfway line and have them doing devensive runs back to the penalty area. 2 wingbacks are attacking midfielders, put them above the defenders and outwide(but not touching the line). have the wingbacks doing defensive runs halveway down the pitch and have them doing diagonal runs as high as it will go. put 6 strickers the furthest they will go. put 3 on the left and 3 on the right( make sure there is a gap between the 3 strickers on the left and the 3 on the right). garunteed to work and with a good team you can score over 200 goasl in the league and let in under 20.
