How do you get out of the room after killing the general in Commandos Strike Force? I'm stuck!

I have problem with infinite ammo I dont know what is L+R?

A1:

L is at the lower left of the PS2 pad R is the lower right of the PS2 pad

I entered "TRUCO" as the profile name, but all the missions were not unlocked... it just starts at the 1st mission like normal. any idea why?

Make surewhen you type TRUCO as the name it is all in caps

When you do it dont press play press the button right and then come down and that changes the level!
