You can hit X, O and a directional button to hit the ball.
A2:
When the ball is bowled at you press X or O thenhit it in a direction from the anolog stick. To get good timink press the buttons when the ball is just realeased from the bowler
Hit it straight down or to the left with a right handed batter or if you have a left handeed batter hit to the left.
