Of course it can. But only one member may get Mateus- once you get a character to learn "Mateus" no other will be able to summon it. Each esper will only serve one master.
A2:
Only one char can have mateus. you can purcase him only on one char. Just look on your licence board. then youŽll see -Answer by:Rain17
They are all throug out the giza plains, they are all near the river. when you find one it looks really worn and grey with no leaves on it. approach it and hit x to strike it and it will float down the river making the bridge you need.

Walk around the half-circle and youŽll find the glowing medaillion.
4. In the archades. In a magic shop upstairs. Talk to that Roh'.... Then go to the OLD archades and find a person called Otto. (He'll give you the Love Medaillion)
Then go back to the Roh'.. in the magic shop.
And the others belong to the creature in old dalans place.
After that you have to go to the Overlook/sight eternity. (secret path [ go 1 lower from the orange cristal and at the north-west you can see a little bit water where you can walk on]) (Quest Roblon) -Answer by:Rain17
Certainly! just use bubble or equip a bubble belt. -Answer by:finalfantasyman
A2:
Basiclay use the bubble spell or the bubble belts and it will say just 9999 but if an opponet attacks you notice the hp won't drop but it will say damage -Answer by:basch8777
Dude, dont fight with tiamat until your at least level 20 or 23. Keep on training in the mines and when your partys level is about 17 start training with 2 people.Once you start to fight with tiamat dont use any mist or magic just keep on healing your self and when tiamats life is at an end try to put all the people back in the party list accept one and than use that persons mist by holding down R2 and rapildy pressing the triangle button.GOOD LUCK!
I couldnt find it either. All I need is one and I also heard it was in the water way. I hate the water way. I beat the esper and looked around many times but still no medallion. Is it a glitch?
You have to click the pedestals at the waterway in a certain order than you'll hear a noise. once you hear a noise you'll see something shining on the ground.
The order that'll you'll need to go by in on the piece of paper you find in the one abonanded house.
It could be the Three Hunts The Wraith , White Mousie and the Orthros or the Switches but I'll give you the Water Way Puzzle first Turn all of them off ( should not be glowing ) activate 11th and 4th then Deactivate 11th and Activate 3rd then deactivate 4th then go south of the same screen you are and find the glowing object
Did you help the little seeq kid in Lowtown? If you did, then you have your answer.
Here's how it goes, once you have both of the waterway keys, go to the watergate control area (where the pedestals are). From there, just follow the directions on the Dusty Letter.
East, Southeast, East, Southwest, Southeast (I think that's how it goes).
Go to easternsand of dalmasca and steal first the wolves until you get them all then steal all the little cactus there, if you keep doing this, you will have gils that can support your character by buying armors, weapons and items
By selling Loots from the monsters you killed(bags). As you get stronger you'll meet harder monsters that give good loots for a high price to sell. -Answer by:Rain17
Go to the YARDANG LABYRINTH, chain as many WOLVES as you can, and if they got stopped to respawn, head north 'til you find a kind of a beach. On the way there, you'll find many WOLVES, kill them all. CAUTION! DO NOT KILL ANY COCKATRIE EVEN THE RARE ONE APPEAR, OR YOU'LL BREAK YOUR CHAIN! Once you get to the beach, you'll find many WOLVES too! Keep killing them, and after none of WOLVES you can found, back to the YARDANG LABYRINTH, and... those WOLVES has already spawned back! -Answer by:AngelLover
Have you do that? You must be got many wind stones, and wolf pelts, right? Sell them all and a new bazaar item will able to buy(Assuming surfcoat, I believe...) -Answer by:AngelLover
Focus on the mimics and have all your characters heal and attack enemies in a piecemeal fasion of restart and get your level really high I got mine to 19 before I went there
Keep travelling west of the Yensa-Sandsea, which is west of Westersand. If you have already done this and defeated the flying boss, your supposed to touch the waystone at the top of the stairs. -Answer by:SkyeWinters
Dude I just use rank 3 mist on him ijust try to do 10 chians of qiuckineis on the first one it only did half a life and I just use my otehr charatcer with full mp to kill it to death after that go back and heal on the stone and kill the 2 demon wall with 11 chians of qiuckines
You get the ferry t come back later on in the game when you are on the other side when you see none is on the other side then you will need to go back to the Eastersand and the ferry willl be there but this time use the ferry to go back to where you came from... Hint:be sure your at leas level 30 or 40 monsters on the other side are TOUGH!!!
It's easy, there is a sub-quest there that you have to accomplish right? find the cactus dran, right? he can be found in the back of the house of dantro's wife thre is a sign like this when you aproach a buried flower, "dran?" get it? hope it's helpful!!!
Do you mean, you have already done the sidequest to save the boys dad, took the ferry north, and now your in south trying to catch it again? Or have you even done the sidequest. If you haven't done the sidequest, you can only start that once you have receieved the dawn shard. If you have already done the quest and the boat has been left on the north side I would reccomend teleporting up north past the north shore and walking back to the boat at the north shore.
When you complete the Mark Hunt for Cactuar Flower for Dantro in the camp area south of Rabenastre, he will ask you to take the flower to his wife in the village north of him. The village is next to the river. Once you have done that, his wife will ask you to return to Dantro for some salve. When you bring the salve back, she will ask you for some flower dew which is across the river. The ferry will have drifted back to the South Shore without it's operator. Talk to the boy and he will offer to pilot the ferry to the North shore where the flower dew can be found north of the village. Once you do this, the ferry will be open for the remainder of the time you need it.
After you get the dawn shard go to the outpost in the easter sands (were you did the flowering cacatar hunt ) talk to the one guy sitting on the box he will ask you to bring the flower to his wife who is taking care of a injerd traveler go talk to her and then you will see that a kid by the dock with 2 people talking to him go their and they will ask you to go with the kid . (srry about spelling)
ABW
Yah I need help on thisto were is dantro's wifes house and yah said the ferry will drift back but it wont drift back for me an im confused please post another answer some one?
Near the entrance of Salikawood. But you must not kill anything you see. That Viera from the clan hall would be there to help you, so you should get a little help. But I strongly suggest you not fight the Carrot if you can't handle Exodus. (If you found Exodus.)
It's in the Southwestern section of Salikawood where all you would encounter are docile bunny-like enemies and nothing else. You should find the Viera clan member at that section; once you've met up with her you'll know you're in the proper area. DO NOT kill anything there, and if the mark didn't show up, just keep exiting and reentering until it appears.
Near the area with the saving crystal, go to your left, and DO NOT kill anything. O.o The viera will come to help you, but I'm telling you it's not normal. It's TOO big if you ask me. And I agree with the guy before my comment, don't fight Carrot unless you have a good idea on how to kill it
You literraly have to kill no monster in the Salikawood not just in the area with the vierra. If you do exit the salikawood and run to the area where the vierra is . She will tell you if Carrot is there. If it is not there keep running in and out of that area until she says it is there.
Go back to Cerobi Steppes/The Northsward(same place where you fought Vyraal) and go to the #10 Windmill and should be able to find an exclamation point. Examine it and you'll meet the Wyrm Philosopher and in exchange for the Dragon Scale will give you the Ageworn key which opens the door in sochen cave palace.
The Gil Snapper Hunt: You will be in the Giza Plains during the rainy season for this hunt. Walk around EVERY section of the Giza Plains maps and you will come across a bunch of withered trees. Push the X button, and you will cut them down and they float away. Once you have cut them all down, you go back the south east and there will be a bridge made out the trees that will get you to the secret area where the Gil Snapper is. It only appears there during the HEAVY RAIN. Bansat, the clan guy, is waiting there and will tell you when the weather is right. He also helps you fight in that area. Handy.
You can double gained EXP by equipping an Embroidered Tippet, stolen or dropped from Coeurls in the Tchita Uplands; or bought from shops later in the game. If you haven't gotten that far, I suggest fighting a lot of enemies; especially the Urutan-Yensa at the Sandsea rigs. There are a lot of them in the area and the narrow walkways enable an easy fight and less chance for ambush (just be careful not to cast magic near the Salamand Entites). When you've ran out of enemies, just exit the area and come back after a while; some areas have higher respawning rates than others.
When you say that you got double exp thats only if your wearing embroidered tippet.. when you have three people out and you kill a monster lets say it gives you 3000 exp that 3000 exp is equally split umong all three characters so each character only gets 1000/3000 exp for that monster
With the Gil Snapper the weather changes every real hour you play the game, so keep that in mind. As for leveling up, I used the Paramina Rift to level up and make plenty of gil. There are some skeletons there that drop the 'Sturdy Bone' and it is a good chunk of gil for that point in the storyline. Left the Paramina about twenty levels stronger and quite a bit richer.
I am not sure that you can buy the Burning Bow, but I did find it outside of the Babbling Vale, in the Mosphoran Highwaste. In the Babbling Vale, there are a bunch of Shrines, that look mechanical, and have water flowing from them. If you go up to a shrine, it offers you the option to touch the Shrine or do nothing. You must touch the following 3 shrines: Shrine of the Northeast Wind (found in the Northeast of the Babbling Vale), Shrine of the East Wind, and then Shrine of the Southeast Wind When you exit the Babbling Vale on the top right, you go upward and then immediately to the left, to go up a rock face. You will see that there is now a path to go over to another rock face. When you go over there for the first time, you will see a Worgen which has berserk on it. Kill the Worgen and look around the area for a treasure chest, and in there you should find the Burning Bow. That's how I found it.
Do you know the monstrous bird(i forgotten it's name) in the dalmasca westersand? it has lv.30! defeat it and there is a chance for you to get burning bow you're looking for. i've tried it my self and i swear i get burning bow from that bird! -Answer by:AngelLover
There is only a certain % chance that the chest will respawn and contain what you want and sometimes the chests won't respawn and you'll have to leave the area and try again.
Yes I have found it,n u guess what,i did not equip diamond amulet to obtain it, I did try with diamond amulet and I also got either gills or knot of rust, and dont miss the treasure Ribbon at B3 at Northwest room.
The other great treasure down there is the ribbon which is immune to just about everything. you dont have to have the diamond armlet either. really the only thing the diamond armlet will do down there is get you more gil.
No there are no hints to this, its put into the game just because of the players out there that feel the need to open every chest in the game. The only chests in FF12 worth opening are really hard to get to anyway, deep in caves.
Nowhere in the game. Just DOnt Touch Those 4 Treasure Chests. The Second I Got To The Nabris Of Nabudis Wtv, At Lvl 40 I Ran Passed All the Monsters, Stopped To Heal, GOt The Spear, And RAN BAck Outa There, The Hardest THing ever to DO, I bet im the Only one WHo ever got the Spear at LVl 40 :-)
You can find it at the necrohol of nabudis...... where you fight with that coward spirit...... oh, you can also do this earlier in the game, too. my boys lvl was 25-30 when I obtained this baby...
In order to get the sluice gate key you must defeat the white sorbet. Then go back to the petitioner and he will take the broken key and wil have it repaired then he will give the key to you.
You get it from a moogle in Rabinaster. During a request on the hunt board. The White Mouse hunt. You have to wait after completing the quest. I did Rathwalls (spelling) tomb. And came back for the key after.
You need to defeat the white mousse elite mark first. go to montblance in order to get the mark, and find sorbet in rabanastre as the petitioner after defeating white mousse in garamasythe waterway, one of your rewards for the hunt will be the sluice gate key
U have to beat the moogle's hunt, the one near the aerodome, once u beat it u get the key. the key is used to get a big fat guy esper. be sure to have curaja cause sap is always on u no matter what. o have firaga to kill those pesky flans
Wow a haste spell that doesnt end hmm sounds like I would want my chracters to have this glitch (at least thats what it sounds like) but if you really want to get rid of that status effect, you would need an item called "chrono tear" . I think you could also use a remedy if you have a remedy 3 license on the person using the remedy to cure them of that effect.
First off I think you mean slow but (hast is good) if not guest cast slow on your self and wait for that to ware off and counter clock wise if you mean slow
I found a possible glitch in the game. I left my game paused over night with four characters having the protect spell cast on them. When I returned the next day I continued to play and found that still 7 hours into it, (having saved and turned it off multiple times at this point) my four characters still have the protect status on them. I wonder if it is the same thing. I'd rather not try it again in case it goes away. My characters have died and been warped away and still always come back with protect even when all other statuses go away, not even dispel magics take it away. Chrono tears are only good for dispeling stop and no remedy license will get rid of haste. The only thing that might work is casting slow or try recasting haste on them to possibly overwrite the glitched haste.
You can use dispel or dispelga on your whole party.
I have a question of mine: ARE YOU HAPPY THAT "HASTE" WAS IN ALL OF YOUR PARTY AND IT NEVER REMOVES??? If I were you, I will don't remove it. -Answer by:finalfantasyman
I have a glitch too but im not complaining all of my people have protect on them even if they die...its been like that for weeks.its very helpfull tho. =)
In order to get the Wyrm Philosopher to appear by Windmill #10, you need to have defeated Vyrral (who drops a Dragon Scale, which is then traded to the Wyrm Philosopher in exchange for an Ageworn Key, which opens up for the Hell Wyrm boss battle in the "Hall of the Wroth God" in Sochen Cave Palace {8,500,000 HP, yes 8.5 MILLION HP}) -Answer by:Koishii
The windmills will activate after you get the Ageworn key from the wyrm philosopher, to get it finish the hunt for Vyraal then you will get a dragon scale, go to windmill no. 10 and give it to the wyrm philosopher and you will get the key,it is a key to fight hellwyrm in sochen cave palace's secret place, Hall of The Wroth God, becareful Hellwyrm's HP is no just 8.5M, It is more than that, I have faced hellwyrm myself just remember to level up first. His HP is like this, each box is 2M
[============================]
*********************************
You should beat Vyraal. Then just go to number 10 windmill. The moogle can't fix it then the wyrm philosopher will come out. You may have to go further on in the story but not to bahamut as that is the end of the game. -Answer by:FFobssesive
There is no "easiest" way to get to her. There is only one way: After visiting Eruyt village, ride a chocobo to the Henne Mines. She is deep within. Just make your way through the mines.
It is located in Walk of Torn Illusion. Located souh of the statue, past the Blood Gigas but before you down the stairs. Stand by the wall and it will fade away to reveal a stairway Remember to put float on your characters if you do not have libra equipped -Answer by:Koishii
The secret stairs are near the save crystal in the Ward of the Sword-King. Go up and down these stairs and you will be attacked by numerous oilings. At the top of the stairs is the Matriarch Bomb rare, so be careful.
If you defet the first demon wall you will find a button it opens the stair way to them you can also sometimes you find a wepon that sells for like 2000 cash
To get the key u do the flowering cactoid hunt then do all the side mishons for the persons wife then later on theres a person at the back of the house and he gives u the key
A2:
Go to estersand and talk to dantro which is at the outpost, then after doing the flowering cactoid hunt, talk to him again. he will ask you to give the cactus flower to his wife in the south bank... talk to her and she will give you something, then go to dantro AGAIN, then to his wife... maybe after that, his wife would be in the water with the elder and the boy- I forgot the name- then after that you will go with the boy to the south bank... you will meet a lot of cactus there and you need to find her son- which was the flowering cactoid you killed. then go at the back of dantro's wife's house you'll see a flower there, then press the 'x' button it will come to life... then ride the ferry again to the south bank and yeah, you'll receive something in return... after that go back to dantro's wife and she'll ask you to look for things- one is just on the shore, the other is in a bucket near the vieras on the outpost and then the other was a dewblossom on the pink clusterss of flower near the cliff in the south bank. Then dantro's wife will tell you that the person she helped is already okay and you'll see him at the back of her house where you found the cactus' flower and he'll give you the key...
Accept Yiazmat fight to fight omega. And usually to trigger a sandstorm in westersand if you have defeated that dinosaur. Wait until giza plains is in its rainy season and enter westersand through giza plains it should work. If not just keep trying, I got a sandstorm going on my 2nd go. And happened to get the gnoma halycon on my first go.
1. Check your licence board again. It may be a licence for a bow, but not the -spesific- type of bow that you actually have in your inventory. Each square represents only one to four names (not kinds) of weapons/accessories/magic/technicks -- make sure that it's the exact licence that allows the exact equipment to be used.
2. You may not have enough ammunition to go around. Each character needs an ammo (bolts, shots, arrows) when they're equipped with a ranged weapon; when you only have one quiver of onion arrows, for instance, only one character could equip a bow. You may have three bows with three licence-learnt characters, but with just one corresponding quiver of arrows, the other two characters won't be able to equip their bows.
3. Many of the melee-type weapons in this game is wielded two-handedly. This means that once you've equipped a melee weapon with the sign '2H' on it (greatswords, katanas, ninja swords), you won't be able to equip anything else (shields) on your other hand. If you try to equip a shield, the two-handed equipments would be annulled and you won't be able to equip them until you've gotten both hands free.
You get a few in the storyline, and some in areas that you pass thinking 'what do I do here'? But I don't think you need to go after the extra espers until after the Archades area at least. I waited until after Ridorana to go after the last 7 because they are really strong and they will KIll you quickly. Bubble belts are handy.
There are 13 Espers Namely Belias, Mateus, Shemhazai, Hashmal, Famfrit, Zalera, Zeromus, Cuchulainn, Adrammelech, Exodus, Chaos, Ultima and the last Zodiark.
Actually skyewinters when you get the barheim key you can go back there but thats not where you get the ardor magic because I have checked and it took me a long time to get up there to find the merchant had crappy things. -Answer by:FFobssesive
Ah! your at the barheim passage quest! I'll tell you how!
first kill the battery mimics then kill the other mimics, cast blizzard on them for a high damage and an easy win, then follow the path going for the No.4 whatever it is(forgot, sorry) and fight the mimic queen then after that your out!
Ok. Go to the room in where there are those frogs hopping around that big lake. Turn so your back is to the water and look at the wall closely. There is a path you go up. After you go through the path you will reach the mimic queen so make sure you save the game and level up before you try escaping.
If the charge comes lower than 30% then zombies and ghosts will appear. These may be too strong for your party, plus they can out-number you, so just make sure than the charge is high when your making your way through the passage. You have to find the gate switch, which opens the south gate. To do that, enter the area thats a little west of the gate, you may have to fight/flee from flans. Further on the passage you'll soon face a boss, it's recommended your party level's average is a little higher than 8. -Answer by:IHasAChocobo
At the end you have to fight a big monster called a mmic queen. Guess what it looks like. Yes a mimic. To beat this thing beat the little spiders around it. Every so often it will revive itself and make another little spider. when it is beginning to do a special move flee as far away from it as you can. To get there beat each spider then run back to the save crystal. Never open a gate before you kill a spider because I did this and it went dark and I only just escaped from the powerful monsters. -Answer by:FFobssesive
You must kill all the Batterie mimics in every area. If you see that the energy is going down then search quick where the mimic could be. The last mimic is in the area where you activate the switch to open the gates that will lead you to a gate stone. After that there will be a fight against the mimic queen. Beat her and you're free again. :)) -Answer by:Rain17
I was level 35, surprisingly. It would be so much easier if your at a level 40 though. I fled through the 2nd and 3rd ascent. But I only surivived the bosses because my characters had strong weapons and some good white magicks. -Answer by:SkyeWinters
Well one to defeat them you can just use a teleport stone on that gate stone and go back somewhere and lvl.up but if u dont you'll have to fite your way back.
I was around level 21 on all characters, run through them to the exit, heal up and run around to get XP back, go out and hit them a few times, run back and heal, keep on with theis it doesn't take long... -Answer by:Noolsey
I was almost lvl 60 at this point in the game, so ididnt have any trouble. If you have the bubble spell that is very helpful also, agreat way to beat allmost any boss is reverse+lure+bazerk on your biggest hitter for me its basch with excaliber. this is extemely devastating to almost any boss. Try and figguer out ways to stream line this strategy on your own. this is also a great strategy for hellwyrm, I just left the screen for a bout an hour. with your gambits set right this battle should be a breeze.
Just run through the room. Don't bother trying to beat them. If you can't beat them don't bother trying they aren't bosses or anything -Answer by:FFobssesive
There is only one way to Garmsythe passageway. That is through Rabanastre. If you mean the barheim passageway you need to have done the flowering cactoid hunt and the hunt for the nidhogg. Talk to dantro he will tell you to bring the cactus flower to his wife she will then send you off on a short side quest to get things for her patient. ( you should have beaten the Earth tyrant as well.) Get the stuff when her patient is better leave and enter the village and her patient wiil be round the back. The patient will give you the barheim key. The entrance should be in the area between where you left the barheim paageway and the village. It is in the corner of the map nearest to the original exit. Oh yeah by the way if you go through the west annex and terminus 7 (where there is an esper) you can go through here to get into the garamsythe waterway. In the area where the save crystal is in the bottom left corner
A2:
You Mean the Barheim Passage you have to kill the Boss there first which is an Esper the Death Seraph Zalera.
Any metal wearing party members will be very sluggish and slow. When It casts slow it will be excritiatingly slow.So where armour that is not metal. You basically want to hack away at it with physical attacks. You can also try to hold your quickenings in reserve. When it reaches 50% use the quikening, then switch the party over, and have them use there quickening. If you get a good chain reaction going you can knock it out in one shot. -Answer by:WickedSage
Go on each of those weird looking shrine thing for the lost and turn your camera around and go straight thru the 1 the goes green do the same thing til you get to the gate then sumon your belias esper and open the gate....:) hope this helps
Well do you now them little buldings you stand in the middle and you look around ffor a gungle then you go in to it to the next little bulding do the same
Giruvegen is pretty confusing.....as you travel around(im afraid I had to do it randomly)theres switches...and if you look on the map at the opposite end,at the endge of ramps, a secret road will appear much like the one in eruyt village did....theres like 2 or 3 of these....and like 30 in the giruvegan core....
It is normal to get knot of rust. and only one character needs diamond armlet
A2:
Yup! its normal alright, because even if you equip the diamond armlet, it is still in random form there is a 60% chance in knot of rust and a 40% chance in rare items, and nope you just equip it to your party leader, nothing more nothing less.
HOPE I HELPED!:-) -Answer by:finalfantasyman
Are you talking bout the first time you meet him or the 2nd time? if its the first time just fight like hell and also level up before you fight him, at least level 45....if you talking bout the 2nd time you meet him then you must take care you his esper first "Famfit" then doc cid should be easy...when you kill him the 2nd time his esper will become yours!
Take out the Reeves first. And don't use magic on them. Gotta do it the goold old fashioned way. After the reeves are dead (This can take a bit of time) then focus on doctor sid.... Be sure to keep your hp above 1000...His special attack can do 1000+ damage. But beyond that, he's fairly weak...The reeves are the trouble
Just Focus on Famfrit because he's making the most damage on your characters. Beat him, then there's nothing standing in your way to beat Dr. Cid. -Answer by:Rain17
The one teleport gate/stone near the front of the shrine, where when you step on it, zombies come out of the ground is the solution to your problem. You must equip the dawnshard on your party leader, and THEN step onto the platform to open the way to the rest of the Stilshrine.
Put Ashe in your party and equip her with the Dawn Shard. Then try the device on the platform in the area in front of the large statue in the Ward of Measure section of the building. Ashe has to be equiped with the Dawn Shard to access the Way Stone as well.
Put ashe in leader equip her with the dawn shard go to the pedestal (the one that makes zombies pop up out of nowhere)and touch it choose sentence 2 and then go through the whole dungeon thing.WARNING!There is noway too turn back(unless u die)and the enemies are like lvl.30-45 probably so bring high lvl.characters, strong wepons and alot of phoenix downs and hi-potoins
It's Omega, he's not that hard just annoying. You have to defeat Hell Wyrm and then accept the Yazmat contract for him to become activated. If you read the logs in your beastry, it will tell you in one of them that omega was built by a scientist in the yensa sandsea to defeat yazmat which is why you have to accept the contract for it to awake.
Ixion is in penumbra. after defeating the pharos use the elevator to go to penumbra. If there are no monsters Ixion is there. If there are monsters leave and come back.
The seer is in abyssal. You must beat penumbra and umbra to get to abyssal at the bottom of the pharos. use the elevator to get there after completing both penumbra and umbra.
Yiazmat is in ridorana cataract colosseum. Good luck, he's tough.
Ixion can b found on the 3 lowest lvls of the Pharos
The Seer is a hard one to reach as u have to do certain things but he's in an uknown area. on the first floor theres an elevator take it down to Suberra (i guess) defeat phoenix and light all 4 alters of night, then go back to lvl to heal ur characters now use the elevator again gives u a second floor to go to - once again light all alters up to their max, third floor is same as second floor then go back to lvl 1 save game and Unknown appears on the elevators list thats were the seer is.. he summons 4 monsters in the battle and u got to focus on them b4 the seer is touchable.
Yazmat is in the Colosuem in Pharos
and im still looking for doom dragon myself
In the Pharos is where Ixion and the Seer are, Ixion's on the circular part of Umbra or Penumbra, try to get it on Penumbra by going up and down the elevator until there's no monsters, then wait 30 seconds and Ixion will appear, The Seer is on the bottom of the Subterra in an "Unknown" floor, you need to light up all the orb pedistals to get it though on every floor until they're full
Ixion: In Pharos at Ridorana in the Penumbra (you NEED to finish the story past Pharos in order to gain access to Penumbra) When you teleport to Pharos, you will want to go to the elevator and then take it down. You will also want to use float since there are "swarm" traps which, when triggered, cause a HUGE swarm of monsters to attack at once. (all high level monsters)
Seer: Pharos at Ridorana, Penumbra in a location called "Unknown". Please note that Shadowseer has the ability to summon the bosses you've previously defeated. He attacks you while the boss attacks too. Make sure you're a high level for this.
Yiazmat: has about 50 MILLION HP (completely serious) so make sure that you are a really high level (I recommend 90+) and this battle takes a long long long time (the shortest time that I've seen is 2 hours) He is found also at Ridorana Cataract inside the collliseum. The hunt will only appear once you have defeated all (or all but one) of the previous marks, AND you've defeated Hell Wyrm.
Doom Dragon, I'm assuming is the same as Hell Wyrm? If it is, then you can find Hell Wyrm after defeating Vyrral. Vyrral drops a dragon scale, which the Viera guest gives to you. Once you have this, you can go to the NorthEastern most portion of Cerrobi Steppe and find Windmill #10. You will get a short scene with the Wyrm Philosopher, who has been hindering the poor moogle's progress with windmill repairs, who gives you the Ageworn Key in exchange for giving him the dragon scale you hold. Turns out that he was doing research on the wyrm but fell asleep - and while he was asleep, you slayed the wyrm! Once you have the key, you can access the Hall of the Wroth God. In order to gain access though, you will need to enter through the Ascetic Door. If you haven't already done this part, you will want to go to "Destiny's March" and run a full circle from SE, SW, NW, NE, you should see a message that you hear a door opening. If you go towards the west, you'll find a secret area that you haven't explored yet. Follow the path around (watch out for the traps - there are a lot) and you'll see a door at the end. Use the Ageworn Key to access the area and be prepared for a LONG fight (not as long as Yiazmat though XD) Boss has about 8,500,000HP. But you CAN take a breather from this fight and when you choose to come back to this boss, you will find that he has NOT regained HP. You pick up where you left off :)
All the time. As soon as you get a rank. Its just not at the clans hide out. Its in the mini map just below it. He's the only guy selling goods in the area. -Answer by:Riot11

the clan shop is open after you join clan centurio. if you didn't go back to tomaj after beating the first mark you do then you havn't joined clan centurio. just talk to tomaj and he tells you to show the clan primer to a bangaa in the north side. do this and your in the clan centurio clan hall. talk to montblanc, then talk to him again then your officially in the clan, the clan shop is in the muthru bazaar
It doesn't drift back to the south shore unless you're in the right time of the storyline. After the King Raithwall's Tomb quest [where you got the esper Belias] the ferry drifts back to the south shore without a pilot. You can go talk to the boy on the jetty, who will take you to north shore, and another side quest begins. -Answer by:SkyeWinters
Finish the Flowering cactoid hunt, then do to the estersand's village and you will see a cutscene, next go to the north village and you will talk to somebody about a cactoid herd finding a cactoid named "Dran", when you go back to the south village, go to the back of the house of dantro's wife , you should see a message like this, "Dran?" press the talk button and a flowering cactoid will jump out on the sand, go with dran in the north village and then you're finished!!! you can now go to the north village.......(when you finished this side quest you will obtain items)
Get your party to lv 40-45.Note: I barely beat him. After Exodus attacks he pauses for a moment. At this time run far from him and use haste so that you can cura and raise faster. Make sure you have someone with range waepons so that one of your Characters survive his special attack.
When he puts up the barrier where he cant take damage just wait it out and survive until the barrier is gone the continue the attack. You can also power up your party with haste protect etc... before you enter and fight him Note make sure you set your gambits so the you may have an advantage.
Get to the 40-45lv.Or if u havent so high lv, try to use quickening.U need 3 combos with 10 or more hits.U can put in party 3 ch.then use a quick. then change one of the 3 ch., put another ch with full magic, use a quick....
I suggest you augument your characters before your fight with Exodus, and I recommend you be at least level 40 - 45. Cast Regen, Protect, Shell, Haste, Bubble, Bravery and Faith. Faith, Regen and Shell wouldn't be really necessary, but Protect, Haste, Bubble and Bravery will come in handy since the scenario would be more melee rather than magic. And Haste would be useful since the time lags during the fight and Protect and Bubble would save your life from that Flare attack he has. I also suggest you have at least one member who is equipped with a weapon that's strong enough and can strike more than once. And a bubble belt will do. Now, right when you fight, send your most powerful characters in while you cast Dispel to get rid of his Reflect status. Since you'd be augumented with Protect and Bubble, each time a character gets hit by a Flare, cast Curaga / Curaja. When Exodus is about to die, he would be immune to physical and magick attacks. Try to stay alive and keep your second team ready. If you've managed to stick around long enough, and his barrier goes down, attack him with all you got. A mist combo would do if you have enough mp. But if your first time goes down, then just bring in your second and unleash full force.
I also recommend you use these Gambits:
Ally: any - Raise / Arise.
Ally 50% HP - Cura / Curaga / Curaja.
Foe: status Reflect - Dispel.
Items can't be used so don't bother putting Phoenix Down in the Gambit selection.
Get to level 50 at least for an easier fight. The worst thing about this fight is that Item use is prohibited, so Haste + a powerful spellcaster + powerful healing magic (Curaga/Curaja) is a must. I had to use two teams fighting him; one main attack team and the other to cure/raise the dead members of the main attack team. Since Exodus's Scathe could only be targetted at one party member, you can just replace the fallen attacker with someone of the second party, then have him/her use Rise/Arise on that one dead ally. After your dead ally has risen back from the dead, put him/her back in the attack party and replace his/her curer. Rinse and repeat for the other fallen party members. Quickly use quickenings on him once his HP is low -- you wouldn't want him to activate a paling and become immune to physical attacks.
The best thing to do when any esper is immune to something, is to attack with something it isn't immune to or to just sit back and heal. You could also alternate between massive healing and attacking with something that works. For example, when the Zalera Esper is being a little sissy and shields itself from attacks, you can still use guns to hit it while your other characters can heal and cast support magicks.
To be honest, keep attacking till his health is low. To deal with Scathe, all you have to do is have everyone run away, or just at least one person so you don't lose the whole party. Keep attacking him, sooner or later the Paling will come up. Kill him with magick (dispel the reflect before you start casting your magick), or you can wait till the Paling is down. I really say when he is about to pull off Flare or Scathe, have a Raise ready on the target, and by the end, you'll be safe. :D Good luck with the fight!
