It doesn't matter how you sell it. It just add up later as you sell your loots. Talking to some people may add new bazaar items but most of the time, you can just sell your loots.

Read the instruction manual, it clearly states that the bazzar item reflects the total amount of loot sold throughout the game. Better quality items become available as you sell more and more items

The game itself keeps a tally of what you have sold so you don't have to worry about selling exact amounts of anyone item to unlock bizarre items. Once you've sold enough of a certain loot in certain combinations it will unlock a new item. These combos I've heard called recipes and you can probably find them listed somewhere online. This is good to know because some loot is very rare and there are some times you shouldn't sell as well.

Yes and no. you can sell a SINGLE piece to aquire a loot item later, but you can't sell multiple pieces to acquire multiple bazaar items later. FOR EXAMPLE: You CANNOT sell 2x Soul of Thamasa, and expect to be able to turn in the rest of the materials later and get 2x High Arcana. One of those Souls will be lost. The games memory only has the capability of remembering the items you've sold for one of each bazaar good at a time.

The order you sell the loot does not matter. You can sell it when you get it if you feel the need. The only thing that matters is that what you can get is "First come, first serve." If you fill up an items requirements, the game will automatically make it available, even if it is not what you really wanted.

A7:

You can sell the items all at once, or at any point singularly. The game records what has been sold and in what amounts, so that it can track when you are eligible for certain items.

A8:

You can sell the loot whenever you like; it's all cumulative. There's just one catch... For items that share an ingredient, there's an order they'll be created in if you meet the qualifications for both. You'll get the second item eventually, but you may need to gather more of the shared ingredient loot to do so.

One way to defeat Fafnir is by making sure your buffs are up BEFORE battle! Protect, Shell, Haste, AND Bubble. Your highest lvl character, (mine was Vaan whom I never changed out) should use Decoy to keep hate. The right weapons, armor, and Items can get you through a hard fought battle. Wear him down, and tear him a new one using Quickening Links. ..... Good Luck

Fafnir is a big jerk, but just having high HP should be sufficient to power through him. If you're fighting something as strong as Fafnir, I trust your Gambits are set up properly, but make sure you have Bubble cast or (even better) a Bubble Belt. Cast Haste, Bravery and Protect, and make sure everyone has a shield. He uses his claws far mor than his breath attack, but be sure to keep the party leader (because you control him/her manually) on the side of Fafnir opposite the rest of the party. This way, he can only ever hit two of your party members, to avoid those unlucky one-hit kills. If you can't survive two consecutive hits from Fafnir, I would suggest gaining a few levels first. Since it's already a blizzard in the Paramina Rift, I would suggest fighting every elemental you can find, ideally with an Embroidered Tippet equipped.

Fafnir is HUGE. Plus he has one cool-o horn broken off.

Have gambits set up for Curaja at 40%. I had 3 melee people and they took him down without an issue

The best way to beat fafnir is to slow him down with Slowga. So you have more time to renew yourself. It also works on Pyralaster ))))
They really are hard nuts!

The easiest way to beat fafnir is when you are seriously injured. Just walk away from him but dont leave the map.
He wont be following you so you can heal yourself.

It's easy; It is in the secret shop in the Necrohal of Nabudis. In the entrance to Necrohal of Nabudis from the Salikiawoods. Avoid the enemies and keep running. When you see a second corridor going up, you take it. (should be when you are at two squares on your map) Also you have to kill the Envorets. (I tried avioding them an running through, but I got trapped at the shop and got killed). Go into the room, and if you look carefully, there's another pathway, which isn't on the mnimap. Keep going, and you'll see the "!!!" in the down right corner. Check it out, and you'll have access to the shop. Have fun getting there. (Not sure how long this question has been up here) If you still can't find the shop, look up a Necrohal of Nabudis online, and it'll show you where the shop is. :D Have fun!

I suggest you train your characters equally and if its the zertinan caverns you are talking about level 26 wont be any good. just level up more and update weapons and such.

If you are at low level than dont fight any monster in the cave just run to the esper.

The esper is weak against ice, so cast reflect on all of your party members and use blizzara on each other. If that doesnt work then use quickening, and chain it up to 11 quickening chain. Then swap out new member and use quickening again.

If you mean Adramallech, you have to be about l40, because there are zombies the continuosly appear, and they are annoying if you've got Blizzaga, use it.

Adrammelech was my third esper - I did it at level 39, third try - after getting kicked about a bit.

My method was really fast but expensive (60000 gil) because I used Gil Throw. Very effective! I think I used one 5-chain mist quickening but it didn't do any damage as Adrammelech uses a paling when he's critical.

Then run back to the save crystal and breathe a sigh of relief.

Has anybody defeated Salamander? Is he worth killing? Every guide just says "He's too high for you. Avoid him" But I'm wondering if it'd be worth hunting him down. Actually you cant really find them it wil normaly be given to you if youve defeated a mark or find a boy on crystal glade at first I thought you warent really gonna need them so I sold them all not knowing the rarity of this stone (mind you)

First I believe you were very unprepared when you reached this area. The only advice I kan give you is always attack the spiders feeding on the energy konduits in priority. This will recharge your energy bar. Do not try outrunning them you'll end up with 0% energy.

And now for the resources problem...I believe you kan buy potions, phoenix downs and other items from the merchant who gave you the fuse. If you don't have the Gil, try selling all that is not vitally important. If you do not have anything to sell, use the Save to heal your party. Then fight monsters to acquire loot. Defeat them and steal from them if possible. Save your game. Reload the game to have the monsters respawn. Repeat as necessary. This might take a little patience but it should help you get past that area.

Seems like you have a too low level, I hope you did save on another slot? because else you will have to restart, load the game before you got in the palace, then train alot with Vaan, get him to level 7 or something, else you will not be able to kill them all without running back to the save crystal, and kill the big mimics to get your energy rate a lot higher again, I kind of trained to level 15 before I went in there...

How do you defeat disma... in the Lhusu Mines?

A1:

Disma's attacks are powerful and it attacks extremely fast when it is close to death. Have POWERFUL weapons (I used Zodiac Spear, Save the Queen, and Defender). Shields are good to block it's attack.
Cast Bravery, Haste, and Protect on your main fighters and simply whack the bejesus out of Disma. A damn fine brawl!

A2:

Disma is a rare undead around level 61-62. I was around level 50 when I encountered him in Lhusu Mines, he was ripping my party up from his hard hits and even more damaging magic, so I made a wise choice to pull him to the zone with the save crystal to restore hp and mp and just unload on him with Mist Charges until he finally died. I'd say you safely kill him at around level 70+ PT. When his HP gets low he starts spamming Dark magic so I would recommend getting Black Masks if you dont have them already. Hope this helps Goodluck!!

I've not defeated him and am unsure of what to equip the characters with; or what gambits to set...however, I have noticed that Curaja does a lot of damage to him. I was one measly hit away from defeating him and any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.

Same for the 2nd encounter with Gilgamesh and Enkidu...I can only get his HP halfway down before he kills my entire party...grrrrr.

I had Vaan at level 75 and the rest of the party at level 55. Disma slaughtered my party. But I managed to beat him by luring him to the zoning border with R2 escape, and start hitting with with all I've got. When my party's starting to get wiped out, I exit to the next zone (easy because I'm fighting at the border) and healed up and bubbled up my party. When I return, Disma would still be at the border waiting and unhealed, then I start hitting him with everything all over again, run away when almost died. Hope this helps
