Well you may have all the certain mods you can get and if you have them all then you actually have them all it seems dumb but it is smart to see that mostly or all have their mods in the grill. Also in garage mode or what ever you have to buy them in the tuning shop or so to get the items you need.

In the main menu, go to options and then cheat codes. Pint and Fast are the only two that work. Fast doesn't alwys work.

It doesn't work on the 1st juiced ever released find another cheat that gets you cash asap!
Heres how
host a race - then make it a sprint - make it level 4 cars - it should be t.k and biggi, biggi is most likley to win.
if you have no money to bet with then enter some sprints with your best car and then race and then if you come 1st then you get a couple of grande and then bet that money by wathing a sprint on biggi and keep going.
after about 8 race you will have around 100,000 of money

Level I cars and it will be tk and biggi either a viper or corvette always bet on the viper because it is faster then the corvette or the same model like viper vs viper or corvette vs corvette I dont know what to do there what I do is cancle it until it was viper vs corvette bet you maximum money on the viper
Same as answer5, except if there is 2 vipers dont bet on either because if you bet on biggi he will usually get smashed into the wall and if you bet in T.K he will get flogged by biggi.
If you want money for arcade mode you can enter the code PINT in the code menu but otherwise for career I do not think there is any.

and the other one is bad. Upgrade the bad one a lot then sell it.

First of all buy a cheap car then upgrade it like hell then do a ton of races then upgrade it again then race more and when its worth a lot of money sell it then you might have enough money thats what I did and im rich
Keep racing there are no cheats as far as i know so racing should do the trick

i have learned the best way to do it is to either modify your car ALOT or get a really nice car. I have done it both ways

All i can say is you should get a really fast car (like the viper gts) and make sure he is in the race. also make him in first then keep ramming him (not that hard) to get respect from him.
btw: you should also make the car a prototype so you can beat him. :d
